Easy to outrank amazon?

Hi,

At the moment I am doing some keyword research for my first amazon review site I am going to make.

So what I was wondering was if it is easy to outrank amazon with a product keyword if amazon is in position #1? Or is this a no go?

  • You can do it. Make sure to research the pagerank of the amazon page, and how many backlinks it has. If you have a exactproductname.com domain, you will win

  • You may like to aim for next two positions even though Amazon is at no. 1. Reason being that people may like to read an honest, detailed review first before heading for Amazon. That is what you should provide them at position no. 2 or 3, intercepting the buyer before he/she buys the product.
