Advice on increasing my Internet Marketing business.

Hello all,

I was wondering what methods you have found best for generating new clients / generally improving your business.

By methods I mean both ones that have cost (i.e printing brochures / buying new equipt etc/ big PPC campaign) as well as the more typical SEO methods - after all SEO is part of what we offer.

I appreciate any advice or experiences you could share when you were in a similar position.

    1.Ensure you have identified a hungry niche and done your competitor/keyword research
    2.Create a well optimised, fast loading, attractive and easy to navigate website
    3.Drip feed it with worthwhile, unique and relevant content
    4.Create an optin bonus to create a list - make it really relevant to your target niche and don't ask for too much information: name and email will do
    5.Treat your list with respect, don't sell them all the time. GIVE them stuff
    6.Leverage the content - article directories, networks, blog networks
    7.Bookmark everything
    8.Contribute worthwhile content to niche forums
    9.Find a mentor who can demonstrate that they are an expert in what you want to do (emphasis on the 'demonstrate').
