Disclaimer and Privacy Policy outranking my main page

My website is two weeks old, and the niche I'm in is very low competition. I was able to rank on the 4th page within a few days, but now it's nowhere to be seen? Even my privacy policy and disclaimer are out ranking it.

Is this a slap? It's been this way for a few days now..

    It could very well be just the google dance. On the other hand, it really depends on how you have been promoting it, the types of backlinks you've been building, etc. Just make sure the main page is well optimized and keep building backlinks. Also, I like to make all the links to my privacy/tos/disclaimer/disclosure nofollow to avoid this situation altogether.

    Yeah definitely need to create a robot.txt file with nofollow for those.
