How are you Using Internet Marketing for your Business?

Out of interest, how many people reading this forum are using Internet marketing to promote a business with a physical location and how many are promoting an entirely Internet-based business?

    Both.

    I also use IM for offline client companies and they love it. They get better branding, presence, potential employees approach them so they save agency fees, customer find them and use their online presence to verify their propositions and sign up for research papers etc.

    One of my clients tells me she gets new customers every single day because of her web presence.

    IM seems to be a useful resource for 'almost' any type of business.

    I have come across businesses for which IM is not suitable in the traditional form, but even then there are benefits to being able to effectively spread targeted information (even if it is just to confuse/misdirect your competitors )

    Yup, I do the same as well. I have an pure internet business. Whatever works here also works for the offline businesses as well, which is a great way of additional income. You just need to know what you are doing and how to go about it.
