Name that commenting tool (not SB)

I'm looking for a tool I had (or have somewhere on this mess of a Windows install).

It was for manual blog comments you give it the list, name and URL etc... and it made cycling through them so much easier. I know I could do it with SB on manual mode but I remember this one being cleaner and my SB isn't currently activated.

Cheers if anyone can remember it.

    Thanks for the suggestion but that wasn't the one. It was a free tool (part of a list build I think) and was pretty simple. No scraping features or anything you just gave it a list and it went through them.

    If I can't find it though I'll probably pick that one up just to get started with, thanks.
