Help With Fixing My Sitemap

For some reason my site map can not be read by google.
i use a ftp tool i got the site map file url i did a search but my result is displaying an error here it is http://online-career.com/sitemap.xml

i downloaded the file from my ftp tool and open it on my pc, it show a full site map of my site which is ok, but i dont understand why i cant find the html page online.

i need help?
what should i do to fix this?

    I'm not sure what you're asking? I can see the site map and it all looks ok...

    Here my suggestion, delete the plugin you are using right now for generating sitemap.

    Install 'XML sitemap', most bloggers recommend this.

    I see what you mean, to sort this out, login to your ftp account, change the sitemap filename from sitemap.xml to site-map.xml and then rebuild it. Make sure you set the custom name in the plugin options. Hope that helped

      i tried that..it did not work..

      i think it have been like this for the longest while but i'm just finding out.

    The only other thing i could suggest is to download your whole site (beside the xml) then remake the xml, then delete the whole site and upload again with the new xml map
