Looking to generate leads -- best CPM site?

I am looking to pay for not impressions, but rather hits to my site.

I've been considering these. Any experience with them? What on average would I be paying for 1,000 hits to my site, do you think, to attract advertisers? Random comments and such appreciated!

    Oh and also my site isn't big. I'm looking to build a subscriber list: ResellCells.com. Couldn't, and wouldn't want to, land something on a place like Commission Junction. Looking for more Clickbank style where people will promote based on what they'll get in return. Not a lump-sum up-front cost.
