5 Simple steps to get sign-ups for an MLM launch.
This stuff seems obvious to seasoned marketers but if you've
never done an MLM sort of "get in now" launch you might not
know this stuff.
People love to jump on a bandwagon. Just let them know where
to go enthusiastically, yet credibly, and you should see
some good growth.

Here's what I did to start getting signups fast for the launch
of Web Prosperity. None of it (except the video stuff) are things
you will have a hard time doing easily yourself. I didn't do these
things in the order they are here. I made the video first.
1. emailed my list multiple times. This is a real limited-time
offer so I emphasized that appeal. If you get in fast you will
probably make more money, so I say that.
2. Updated some blogs, forums signature lines, and websites to
tell people who read them to get in now. I'm active at several
online forums and I always get a steady stream of traffic from
making helpful posts. You reap what you sow.
- I ping the blogs with Pingomatic.com. Takes about 10 seconds
and lets the blog directories know there is new content on the blog.
3. Put out a press release at Free Press Release - Online Press Release Distribution Service
I used keywords in the press release title and tried to make
it both newsy and exciting. Here's my press release -

- then I copied the press-release URL and submitted it to Google at
Add your URL to Google - this gets the press release indexed in
Google quickly. It's a simple and little-understood search engine
optimization trick to do this with press releases and other things
of that nature... even forum threads where you are writing good stuff.
- I'll put out more press releases as I go along. You can even
submit the same one to many different PR sites... usually for free.
It's not like any self-promotional press release is likely to get
scads of traffic, but as you learn, you build a tower one brick
at a time... and remember - this is all easy stuff you can do.
4. I wrote, shot and edited a video. I uploaded it to Tubemogul.com
and blasted it to 5 video sharing sites. TubeMogul does 10 but
I only had membership in 5 because I haven't done this sort of
video marketing in awhile and the top sites have changed. The
big ones are still YouTube and Google Video.
- I embedded my video on a website I own at Get Rich With Jaguar Marketing System Master "Cash Cow Pro" Who Shows You The Secrets - Bio - Loren Woirhaye
and wrote some really quick "get in now" sales copy. Is it
lame? Yeah, kind of. I'm in a hurry though and I'm not going to
slave over writing copy for something than closes in a matter
of hours.
- if you make a video try to practice and make it interesting. For
this launch most people made real yawner videos or they just
did a screen-capture of the website... so they are all the same.
Try to stand out in some way. I have the software and writing skills
to do this so I'm not suggesting it is easy. It's just that if your
marketing is BORING you cannot expect people to respond to it.
5. Skype. I sent skype messages to about 40 people asking them
to check it out. These are mostly people who have skyped me
in the past so it's not like I am spamming them. I don't blast my
skype contacts often at all and sometimes I just send out free offers
and seasons greetings.

There is a lot of other stuff I can and should do. You can use Digg,
social media like Myspace, Twitter, and so on. Do that but make
sure to use press releases and comment on forums and blogs.
When you do comment on a blog you can often put your URL behind your
name when you comment. I use my own name but you can use a keyword
if you want. If you make stupid or obnoxious comments the owner
of the blog might just delete them. Try to write intelligent things
and make people curious about you and your business enterprise.

has made me a lot of money it's that I call people. On the
phone. Yep.
If you don't have a list, you need to call people you know and
let them know. If you truly believe you have a winning opportunity
for people you know, let them know. Don't waste time trying
to convince everyone, just let 'em know you are moving ahead
and seizing the opportunity.
