We all are quite familiar with the term market segmentation. I start a research on market segmentaion and able to come up with new findings. Market segmentation not only revolves around four variable which we study in most of the marketing books like
1) Geographic
2) Demographic
3) Psychographic
4) Behavioral

There are many factors beyond the scope of above factors to determine the market segmentation and its characterictics.

    • Reference
    • These three factors impact directly to the consumer buying behavior and on the basis of that the consumers can be segmented.

      Rather than call it social binding I use to call it SOCIAL STATUS. And there is one more point motivation, it may be negative or positive. The best example to explain motivation is the commercial advertisements.
