IM video lessons niche?

Hey guys,
Looks like I got my other projects on autopilot, so I'm looking to pick up another project. I was thinking about creating a web site, somewhat like youtube with IM videos only. It'll be free to use.

    Well, to me it looks like most of the people just use pdf documents to create tutorials, I'm wondering if there is going to be any interest in creating video tutorials?

    Free? Not bloody likely. Put teasers on You Tube. Charge for the good videos. If the videos are any good and people can learn from them, they'll pay.
