...Any Words Of Wisdom???

Hi everyone, I just started internet marketing with something called "The Challenge" which has taught me some of the basics as far as niches and micro niches. So far Im trying to stay consistent with my productivity with backlinks and getting indexed but i'm still kinda confused with the process. I have site up, with an article and some content but I want to know if theres a simpler way to get a functioning site up or should i stick with getting every micro niche to my site indexed ,writing these articles for my niches, and the whole process. Im willing to work I just wanted to know if theres a simpler way to get a site up to start seeing a profit by early fall. Not pressed for cash, just eager for results. So is ANYONE familiar with "The Challenge"?. If so, should I tough it out or is there an ebook out there that will get the ball rolling a lot quicker?

Thanks for your time. KL

Everything takes time. If you want to speed things up you could outsource backlinking and article writing.

I would stick with it and give it all you have. Be patient, you're starting a business, not playing a slot machine.

If you quit, you'll just end up going from thing to thing looking for quick and easy money and it simply isn't out there.

Charlotte's suggestion is a good one, learn to outsource!

alright, I appreciate it Femi. I'm not gonna burn myself out on one particular issue so is there a number of hours you would recommend, Honestly? Im setting goals for myself for the future so I want to know as a newbie how much time is necessary and how much time did you need when you all started in the beginning?

      Thanks again

I would draw up a written plan, defining what you are going to do in the next 7 days and each day write down what you are going to do tomorrow. Limit yourself to some specific and achievable objectives - and make sure you carry them out!

That way you will develop a sense of achievement.

I didn't know what to believe at the beginning . Could i really make money online ? I didn't know anybody that knew anybody that made any money

        so I was very skeptical

But I knew that people were buying stuff online so somebody somewhere knew how to make money and i knew it better than the ****ty factory work i was doing back then so I gave it a go

And I am glad i did now . The internet has some much power if you focus on the right steps and keep at it . You would make money in your sleep like i do , wake up and notifications of sale or refresh your clickbank account and see money

But anybody that tells you won't do any work is lieing to you . You would do some work but because of the power of the internet , you can keep getting traffic from the internet and keep making money from previous efforts
So much easier to get richer this way

But to answer your question ... I started working minum of 10 minutes a day contacting people who had the traffic and sharing the commissions with them

Stick to it UNTIL you see money

The most important thing . Is consistency

Wish you the best of success

I didn't follow the Challenge myself although after a couple of years on this forum I know that it's always been highly regarded. I jumped over to look at the material and it obviously walks you through the basics which are must-have tools for being successful long term. A free program that walks you through those steps is hard to come by. And, no, there's no faster way to get a site up and ranking well so if you're worried your missing some shortcut, don't. Just keep following the steps as outlined. I know that I didn't see success until I stuck with one thing consistently. It was a huge milestone for me. Good luck!

My single advice to you would be this:

Dont try too many things at once, it leads to confusion and may lead to failure too.. IM is a huge place and stick it out with any process you intend to follow!

    Cheers

Just don't rush into it, take it slow and don't give up. Giving up will only increase your chance of failure. Good luck on your venture!

You should stick it out. If you are just starting out, doing this extra work will help you understand the process better. I've jumped from one thing to another looking for an easier way only to end up at the beginning and not earning anything as a result. There are a lot of methods that promise instant success but you just need to stick with one until it works.

Consistency is key and keep at it. If you at least do one thing a day, progress is progress. Never stop moving forward and taking those steps. Don't ever be idle.

From what I’m seeing recently, good content is what is really attracting many visitors. Focus on providing trustful and helpful information to your readers, and you will see positive results, but not immediately. You have to be patient. First of all, your readers have to analyze your methods/products, etc.

This is why you should capture email addresses whenever you can. Building an email list is imperative, exactly because most people never purchase anything after visiting your website just once or twice.

There are many important details you must learn – keep reading many posts at this forum. You’ll find here excellent lessons.
