I was just wondering if any of you guys know of any good WP Link CLoaker plugin, one that will also convert your keywords into affiliate links.

Hey.. The cloaking comes under Black Hat Seo... I don't think that you should use this..

  Where did you get that information from?
  
  There are several reasons for cloaking links and most are them aren't black hat at all.
  
  If you're using Wordpress, Pretty Links is a good one and very easy to use. There's a paid version, but the free one does the trick just fine.

SEO Ultimate supports it.
Affiliate Links Manager has some cool tracking, I wonder if SEO Ultimate supports it.
Google Analytics for Wordpress tracks any clicks you want, could probably use it with SEO Ultimate unless SEO ultimate supports tracking.
