Domain Hosting and Google Analytics with niche sites

Hey I'm new here, and as such this is my first post. I'll get to the point. I'm on the affiliate marketing learning curve and building out niche sites slowly. I currently am using Dreamhost and all my sites are built out with wordpress. Obviously I install google analytics on all the sites.

1. I'm curious as to whether or not I should use the same host for all my niche sites.

2. And whether having analytics installed on all of them is a good or bad idea or negligible.

I've heard some speak that one should use different hosts for every 5-10 sites, and other say that it's not good to have analytics on all your sites because it gives google too much information.

Any truth in this?

    If you were interlinking sites for SEO benefit you would needs separate IP addresses and probably different domain registration info as well as different tracking accounts to avoid being identified by search spider.

    If you had successful monster campaigns using secret identities you would probably want to isolate them to so competitors can't as easily steal all your your ads and sales pages.

    If your just another regular guy these things are probably unimportant managing multiple hosting accounts is a time sink you could do without.

    People can precisely connect the ownership of your sites through the analytics accounts and get a very good idea of your properties from your IP addresses, you share IPs with only a few other Dreamhost accounts (I see 25 domains on your niche IP, DOGSWITHCLOTHES.COM is coming to your neighborhood), unlike some hoss with hundreds of domains are on each IP. If you can live with that don't sweat it.

      Okay, thanks. That shared what I needed to know more or less. I am not interlinking my sites as that's just one backlink with not a whole lot of value in it anyway.
