Tired of Zero results. Have a plan..

Hi Warriors.
I did not receive any commisions yet.. But I invested 600$! (Domen, Aweber, WSO's, TweetAttack, Mobile Page Creator, Copywriters).
I have to return this money till spring..
That's why I decided to create a step-by-step plan.. Here it is:

Can anybody help me with this plan? I need advices or critique.. Just want to know your opinions.

    Looks like you're expecting to make $1 per person on your mailing list of 200 and then $1000 off 500 people - I'm not following the math.

    And unless you have experience of those numbers I wouldn't get you hopes up.

      I hope that I will be able to create 2$ per person, because I will have more experience ..

    Most people are NOT able to make $2 per person so I hope you have that plan based on your own experience or I would be very surprised if you made it.

      It's average numbers. I'll have 20$ commission, do you think I need bigger list to make 1000$? I know that you know much more than me..

    List are funny. Some might make you $2 each while others can cost you money. Those that are averaging $2 have a sales funnel that has been tweaked and re-tweaked.

    While I know my experience has nothing to do with anyone else ... $1 per list member on average makes me a happy camper. $1 per for some in IM would be a dfream .. for others .. they would think about jumping out of a window.

      The "average" game is subjective...

      There are many factors...

      - relationship with list
      - is "the list" a list of buyers or "no-pay" list
      - how targeted is the list
      - how big is the list

      percentage wise, I have noticed that a tightly targeted list always (in my experience) will out perform a big, less targeted list.

      Just my two cents.

    Don't just get caught up in planning. It's good to have a plan but very rarely do things go as per plan. Just take action, some things will work, some won't. Focus you enrgy on things that work.

      The flip side of that is - don't get caught trying to run before you can walk. It's great to take action, but taking all the wrong action can move you backwards rather than forwards.

    I am not a fan of email marketing but so far i know you have to have clear ideas(demographic, interest, income level etc etc) about your subscribers. And a good way to know that is testing different niches with free materials. A good filtering can pull way more than you expect.
