Need help finding an outsource for articles

I apologize in advance if this is posted in the wrong section. I am new and need help with outsourcing article writing. I just paid a company around $8 for a 500 word article. No biggie. But it is evident the writer's first language is not english. The article had some great highlights, but I do not have time to send articles back for grammatical errors, and references that don't make sense to the chosen audience. I would appreciate any suggestions or references that you can share. I have no idea what a fair price is, or where to turn!

    Go the Warrior for Hire section here and you'll find a bunch of good writers (and some that are....less so).

    Look for people with samples you can read and good testimonials and order one article to start. If you find some whose work you like and whose price is right, stick with them.
