Audit my Site and Product Launch

I need you experienced marketers' help, once again.

I never heard of a Product Launch strategy until today (!!). I want to launch this membership site realestatementorshiponline - dot - com.
I am a real estate investor, not a marketer or site designer, so I need your help!

1. Please look at my site - I was told I need a sales page (I have a landing page) to link to my Join Now buttons. What else do you see it needs change or improvements? Be blunt, I can take it ! (I am still in real estate in the worst recession ever, after all!)

2. What are in summary the steps to the Product Launch formula (Jeff Walker is the most reputable about it I was told, right?)

    You are in a niche, real estate, and need to apply internet marketing towards the launch of your membership site. Membership sites can be launched aswell as ebooks and other products.

    Summary step to Jeff Walkers formula? I don't know if he would like us sharing that .

    But part of it consists of
    -surveying your list,
    -seeing what their problems are (hence the survey)
    -building a product around their problems (ebook or membership site content),
    -and launching it to your list via a clever email series, which is different for each launch.
    -This would cause you to yeild a huge amount of sales (hopefully), but i must say that it depends on how you structure your launch strategy.

    The thing is Jeff Walkers PLF is quite an intense structural marketing platform which needs to be studied intensely.

    Your squeeze page? what are your conversions?

    There is alot of info/distractions around the site. It is a combination between a squeeze page and a content page, which might cause distractions for your visitors to subscribe to your list.
