effectivley automate (set & forget) online marketing?

What is the "cheapest" or most cost effective way to automate:

Keyword research
Creating forum/blog accounts and posting articles to them (and spinning the article's)
Social networking
Social bookmarking
Rss feeds + aggregators
Press releases
Pingind and indexing

And
Creating (and publishing) websites relating to your "niche" linking back to your main website!

Any help would be amazing, thank you in advance

      I want to use these tactics to promote gdi and my music production company.

      The tactics I mentioned are everything senuke and traffic paymaster do however I cannot afford $2500 to get them so I need a cost effective way to do it all

    If you are of the "time is money" crowd (like many Warriors), then you should outsource the tasks to someone else. It'll cost you about $300 a month.

    Otherwise you could invest in a bunch of tools that'll cost you a lot more:
    Keywords (Google Keyword tool, Traffic Travis or something similar)
    Creating forum/blog accounts and posting articles to them (and spinning the article's)
    Social networking-- Fiverr or do it yourself
    Something like SEOLink Robot or SENuke would do for the rest of these
    Social bookmarking
    Rss feeds + aggregators
    Press releases
    Pingind and indexing

    Keep in mind that even if you use tools, you still will have to write original content.

      I know I still have to write all the original content, I'm not trying to be lazy I just done have much time so I'm trying to get a "set and forget" system.

      However I only have $200 to invest

        I was looking at the incansoft option's, but i read too many reviews about it not working either randomly or from the get go.

        so any other option's?

          If you are looking for Pad Submissions, you can look into Pad Submit Worker or Robosoft. They can automatically submit for you. I think Robosoft has 30 day free trial.

            i have used Pad Submit Worker and Robosoft. both of them are effective tool which can automatically submit software to hundreds of download sites. what i know is the Pad Submit Worker was upgraded several days ago. the speed is faster than before, and some new download sites was added.
