Where can I get comprehensive keyword lists?

INTERNET MARKETING

If I wanted to build a massive keyword list of keywords in my industry, including all those little jargon like phrases and words that will only mean something to somebody in the industry - hence highly targetted phrases...

Where do I go?

Please note, I am looking to OUTSOURCE this... I have neither the time nor will to do it myself for all my niches.

Is there are service or somebody that is really good at this that you know?

If you do outsource it and they need some clues get the person to look for glossaries.

  I have a person that does this for me and he's great a technical niches, but he's not cheap and only likes working for me, but if you're willing to pay a sensible amount I'm sure I could get him to include your work too.

  It's not technical niches so to speak, they are ALL pretty mainstream I just want it to be mainstream.
  
  Not sure about budget... Just looking to buy comprehensive lists. If I felt they were complete and well structured, it'd be worth more to me than if not.
  
  However, I am looking to GIVE my lists away to my affiliates, so I wouldn't want to spend the Earth on them because my competitors would probably capitalize on them at some point.
