..how can I find someone who already had a lists of subscribers that
is willing to promote my product?

Let say I have a new product and soon to be launched.

How can I find someone to help me promote the product
to their lists before I fully launched it?

I'm having the same problem for my SEO service.

What I'm going to do is install a generous affiliate program, then do a search on google for people selling plr products. I contact them personally and ask to promote my program.

I will make sure that I have decent promotion tools!

What do you think? Translate this method to your own product.

I think there are people who have a huge list of subscribers that can promote your products in a cheap price.

You need to stop thinking about what a list owner can do for you, and instead start considering what you can do for the list owner.

You have the product. Your potential partner has the list. Who is the one with the leverage and influence? In almost all circumstances it's the person with the list.

You need to give them a COMPELLING reason to promote your product over and above simply paying a commission, and you need to start thinking about how you can deliver value and not just take it.

Start networking and meeting people immediately.

I started without my own list and focused on meeting the right people. I secured great affiliates with responsive lists, which allowed me to reach over 20,000 people on my first launch.

It's difficult for anyone with a quality list to promote a product or service without knowing the person who runs it.

People have taken the time to build their mailing lists, and an intelligent marketer with a responsive list is very unlikely to promote anything without some confidence in the people behind it.

Even if you give someone free access to your products and it's great quality, they still have to be concerned about your customer service, continued support, and even paying out affiliate commissions.

Yes, it will definitely help to do things like asking people directly, setting up generous affiliate programs, and creating excellent promotion tools. But if you want a surefire way to get strong JV's now and in the future, start meeting people and prove to them you are someone worth promoting and working with.

Edit: Lee's advice should be looked at also. You definitely need to consider what you can do for them. The list owner is the one who is taking the risk, and for some people commissions are NOT the number one factor in promoting a product.
