How Much Could this Website Sell for on Flippa?

INTERNET MARKETING

This is my website.

It is not yet hooked up to Clickbank;

however, I have the Ebook ready to go.

I am just wondering if I should sell it on Flippa first...

or try to use it to make money for myself.

AND I WAS WONDERING APPROX. HOW MUCH MONEY COULD I SELL THIS FOR?

If you try and sell copies first, before putting it on flippa, you'll show it is capable of making money, which then, people will bid more!

At that price, it'll be hard for the buyer to get support from the affiliates. And there's also another issue: Would you give them a copy of the guide before buying?

It'll be worth a LOT less if it's never made any money. Most people buying websites are buying income streams.

I was planning to sell ebooks by myself.

However, I was just wondering approx. I could sell it for.

But, thank you for those tips.

I will for sure set up the Clickbank account soon,
and start selling copies of the ebook.

  I think a value of a site is related to its earning. On flippa many sites sell for 1.5 - 2 x their yearly earnings. Its a good concept (your product). Good luck

  Easiest way is stick it up on Flippa put it as an open auction set a reserve that you would be more than happy with. If nobody reach's it at least you have an idea of how much (if any) good luck

As the saying goes, "nothing sells like success" and it would definitely be to your advantage to get some sales under your "arsenal belt" before selling.

Since you are ranking well in Google, you may want to consider monetizing to show potential buyers that it would be a viable site to bid on.

  As it is, it's probably only worth a few hundred dollars.
  
  If you're launching it on Clickbank make sure you add an affiliate page with banners, articles, keywords etc (I didn't see one). A site with active affiliates will nearly always sell well on Flippa because it's passive income.
  
  To get affiliates interested though you'll need to offer a good rate of commission (probably 75% seeing as it's only selling for $27).
