Keyword focused outside country

A keyword I am researching has low competition but, I checked Google Trends and it is primarily searched in Poland. I'm from the US.

I'm guessing the manufacturer is there or is only popular there and in the UK. Is that a factor you would consider in choosing keywords? Location.
