Using Caching to Increase Affiliate Sales
If you use a Cache plugin on wordpress for example..
When a potential buyer loads a review page from your site onto their browser
the cookie/ pixel fires and if they buy the sale is credited to you..
In this regard, if the same potential buyer views another webpage from another affiliate... before they purchase.. and they also click the link..
Normally, the Old cookie would get replaced by the new one, right?
What if the first site has a Cache stored on the users local pc/ network or ISP would this be an adavantage that your affiliate tracking cookie would be retained if the users closes their browser and opens again?
Am not a techie.. and I'd like someone to shed light on this matter..
thanks in advance
