Looking for your suggestions

Hey guys,
So I started a new project. It's a social network. Niche - online success. I almost finished with the design, just looking for opinions, suggestions, what do you think I need to add / remove etc.

My first question, should I replace the main picture with a professional flash animation OR create another index page with just an intro and keep the main picture?

Second, what else do you think I should add to the site? I'm currently working on creating "Achievements" where user will be rewarded for some tasks (posting articles etc.) and then redeem them for prizes.

After I finish with everything I'll start outsourcing content etc.

So, please let me know what you think.

    I think I would prefer a little (and more) images. Is "classroom for success" your keyword? I suppose you are offering information to beginners. I think you should put a more obvious button of call for action. Good luck.

      I like the simplicity and how clean the front of the site is.

      Keep going - I think I need to see a bit more content in there to really get a better feel.

    ^ I'm thinking about replacing the image (it's a writing board lol) with a video.

    R Hagel, not sure why you are getting an error, may be it blocked you because of too many connections from different IPs on one account (didn't think about that lol).
