How To Outsource My First $150/Month Income??

Okay, I've finally made it to $150/month with my handful of AZ review sites (9 to be exact, but only a couple are ranking well right now), and I've learned two things:

1. I hate writing
2. I hate backlinking

So, I'm willing to reinvest this $150 that is coming in each month, and I'm wondering how I can best cover at least SOME content generation and/or ALL of my backlinking. Did I mention I hate building links?

The only other thread I've ever started was about investing 1k into a fledgling IM effort, and I got some great responses, so I'm looking forward to your ideas here!
#$150 or month #100 dollars passive #150 a month #backlinking services #income #outsource #outsourcing

Outsourcing the SEO part is the easy. Simply hit up the WFH section and see what you cna find that doesn't sound totally black hat.

Now the content, that's a whole other ball game all together. Don't go the cheap route. If it comes down to you writing the content or receiving craptacular results for $3 an article write them yourself until you have a bit more money to pour into your content creation.

I would say so. $100 a month should get you some quality results if using the WFH section.

Cool...I'm giving a couple services a try this week (Hoist, for one). Hopefully a nice combo of packages will do the trick.

I know $150/month isn't anything, but man I love waking up, checking my AZ account and seeing sales that happened when I was sleeping!

Can i offer my advice on this? You have done everything right by proving to yourself that you have a WORKING model to make money. Now you need to outsource the workas you stated!

I would not bother with fiverr or outsourcing sites. Instead i would invest the 150 per month in a half-time employee in the Philippines. Get someone who can write in good English and teach your model. Focus on doing niche research and supervising their work.

i do this and we can put up review sites in a week. We stopped building new sites and now focus on beefing up our existing sites with more content.

i use OnlineJobs.ph for my hiring.

Exactly! I didn't really start to see progress with my business until I started hiring employees. Now I have 2 fulltimers and 1 parttimer. They do ALL of my SEO and most of my content generation.

What you should do now is:

            1. Determine what you method of money generation is going to be (sounds like Amazon Review sites).

            2. Develop procedure lists on EVERYTHING that is involved with your business. This includes building sites, writing reviews, on-page and off-page SEO, etc.

            3. As you revenue increases, outsource each piece of the business.

With my current project, my team does everything but the keyword research and buying domains. I just pass along the domain info and keyword to my team and they do the rest to build WP sites that are optimized.

If I were in your position, I'd hire a parttimer who could do my backlinking 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. That makes a huge difference.

            Jon

Sure, you can get all types of :

        - submissions (RSS, articles, URLs, etc.) for link building
        - content created and published: blog posts, articles, videos, etc.
        - social networking / marketing (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

I use fiverr for a lot of my smaller, more tedious tasks, but be careful because in lots of cases... you get what you pay for...

I have used fiverr to send ads out to thousands of twitter followers and facebook fans, and have recieved not one click! Some of the gigs can help your efforts for a low cost ($5), but a great many are not going to make much difference in your IM campaign..... Choose Wisely!

I'd either hit up linxboss if you want a fully automated backlink solution or BMR + outsource the writing. I've seen people on WF offering BMR articles for $1.50.

It depends on what you call a "decent" amount traffic. It's tempting to take Fiverr people up on their $5 gigs for 10,000 backlinks but it could do your site more harm then good.

I'd focus on building quality backlinks for this money more than anything else. Cheap articles are never good. When I tried cheap I ended up in almost rewriting everything I had done, the writer wasn't a native English speaker, hence the low price.

Now I write all my own content because it has to be of the highest possible quality, rather than aiming for below average quantity.

I'm going to try these guys out soon, they really know what they're doing...

They can do a lot of good for $100.

Jack of all trade. master of none. Won't it be better to target a specialist in each niche? The person doing article marketing can also easily do posting but wordpress and linkbuilding, that may be going to far. Your freelancer will probably outsource some of your work which may result in poor quality work

i mostly use odesk.com but guru.com and elance.com are 2 other big ones.

however, i generally feel that for such a small team WFH is probably your best bet. many of the people in the WFH forum are more savvy in term of marketing. and having someone who understand why your trying to do something helps you to get the results you were hoping for.

i often see long form sales letters going for $97 on WFH. sure they are not absolutely top tier for a huge jv launch. but they are darn good sales letters that convert very well.

I think if you do your homework you can easily get a more qualified employee vie WFH. Just dont believe all the hype you see. use common sense.

I would definitely use WFH for your needs. I use them for my article writing and my Backlinking. Just know you get what you pay for. You don't want 10,000 links blasted at your site at once.

Also, If you pay 70 cents per 100 words then thats the quality you will get. I Generally pay $1.5-$2.5 or more per 100 words depending on my needs and how important the article is.

$150 can definitely get you a a good bit of work in the WFH section if you play your cards right and use common sense.

There is nothing wrong if he outsources at this stage. Specialisation is key to making money and giving work to people who are better than you and you focusing on what you are good at brings maximum results.

The $150 in no time could be bring in $1,000 monthly.

link bait is quality content people want to read...thus other sites that are hungry for real content to provide to their users will link to your quality content.

some popular link bait ideas are stuff like top 10 lists or 100 things you can do with xxxx. that type of stuff.

Pretty much this, except everyone is doing top 10 lists and stuff... and while they do get linked to, I'd try and come up with something fantastic that lots of people want to share.

Pay attention to things that take off on sites like facebook and youtube, etc... then adapt the things that made them successes into a piece of content that really hits home to your desired audience..

I outsource SEO (for 4 sites at a time) to a fellow warrior (check out his Juicy SEO service), and another warrior is writing about 10 articles a month for me. I also have someone doing 100 profile links a day for various URLs.

On top of that, I'm paying someone about $80/site to build new review sites.

All of this comes out to around $240/month, and now I can focus solely on niche research, buying domains, some site building, some SEO, and very little writing.

I haven't been at it long enough to tell you if it's working, but I'll let you know.

You just give them your WP login info, and you can always change your password after they're done. The worst that can happen is they steal your niche ideas, but I trust most of the people on here (oDesk is a different story...you have to be more careful).

I think one of the big mistakes that people new to internet marketing make are going for keywords that are medium to hard competitive.

With nine sites and only 2 ranking I think rather than think outsourcing to expand I would work on refining my keyword selection to find low almost no competition.

I remember one of the first sites I put up for seo. It was a one page affiliate site with super low competition and it only took like 11 backlinks to get it to spot 2. To this day it still kicks out about $40 a month profit and the whole thing including content and backlinking took for sure less than 2 hours.

So as a beginner I would focus on low competition instead of expanding. Once you get your confidence up and a solid income coming in I would start going for medium competition words, but not in the beginning.

Thanks for your thoughts. I'll admit that I really didn't know what was competitive when I first started researching. I just used Market Samurai to see the top ten and their SEO comp ratings. Now I spend much more time searching for other aff sites, different related keywords, etc.

It's still tough to get sites ranked, though. I'm hoping this new service I'm using will be effective.

Does the service include anchor text backlinks?

Yes...it's all kinds of links. You choose your anchor text/keywords, URLs, etc.
