Will I make more money if I sell my product as a PLR Ebook?

I am in the process of creating my own ebook and plan to sell it in WSO forum , I see a lot of people are selling their ebooks as a PLR product in WSO forum.

Which one of the following options make more money?

Option 1. Sell it as a normal WSO

Option 2. Sell it as a PLR WSO

My product is of high quality, I spent a lot of time researching it and it is far more better than the average PLR ebook.

I actually bought a lot of PLR ebooks and normal ebooks and compile the best of them into one comprehensive ebook + other content from Internet + my own knowledge, analysis & experience.

Shall I sell it as a normal WSO or as a PLR WSO, which route will make me more money?

Thanks!

You will make more money if you sell it with PLR because you appeal to two markets.

The people interested in learning and the people interested in buying/selling PLR.

If you're just going to launch it on the Warrior Forum for some money and want to sell as many as possible then PLR is a good option.

It's a good way to make cash quick quickly (plus you can continue to bump it over weeks and months because there'll always be PLR buyers about).

If you want to launch it outside the forum (eg. put it on Clickbank and start to build an affiliate army) then you lose exclusivity by selling the PLR and I'd say it's a bad idea because there may be copycat products or people undercutting your price (unless you re-package it uniquely).

    Hi Friend,

It all depends if your book is something that is in the IM niche or not?

If its IM and are aiming solely to the warrior forum what you could do is sell it as a regular WSO and then after people pay, you could offer resell rights as a One Time Offer (OTO) and then limit it to a certain copies.

I would suggest to go for MRR (master resale rights)
Which means the person that purchases it from you can't change the content or break it down into pieces.

That way as others suggested, is a way to keep as much of the internal links with your affiliate/personal offers intact.

Another Option is to add a section in the end of your WSO stating that you are selling limited copies as MRR and if someone is interested they could click on the link you will put there and then they will be directed to your offer page.

In any case if you need any help with technical stuff feel free to PM me.

    Regards,
    Ari

You should sell your ebook from a website using Clickbank to take payments.

When your sales reach their peak and start to drop, for example when your advertising costs are more than your profit from sales THEN you may want to consider offering MRR or PLR.

By all means also use a WSO to generate sales but do not make this your only method of making money.

Hm, okay here is a tip for you and everyone.

      Plan ahead.

Decide on what your second ebook will be about and set up a web page for it.

No great amount of info is needed for this, even just saying "Coming Soon" on it.

THEN you can put this link into your current ebook so that buyers, who I am sure will like your ebook, will be able to see what is coming next from you and when your next ebook is completed they know exactly where to buy it from.

        Hi Ricky,

That's solid advice from you as usual. Thank You.

If I may add to it, on the "Coming Soon" page, I'd place a sign up box for people to sign up to be notified when the next product is ready.
Thereby building a list of almost ready made buyers.

        Kindest regards,

        Janet

You don't have to choose: Sell it as a normal WSO and keep going until it looks like you've exhausted your potential market (which ideally will never happen) then relaunch as PLR.

You really do need to be careful with the fact you say you compiled this from other people's PLR. It sounds like you changed it a lot, but just make sure you changed it enough so that:

    a) it doesn't violate the rights that your PLR seller gave you with the PLR (most PLR sellers don't allow their PLR to be sold on or given away with PLR rights). You also said you included info from "normal eBooks" as well as PLR eBooks - did you have the license to do this?

    b) it is unique enough so it doesn't violate the rule posted above - all WSOs need to be your own work. They don't allow people to sell rehashed PLR. I personally wouldn't risk it.

I don't know anything about the quality of your product, and am not saying it's bad or anything like that, I'm just pointing this all out so you can think carefully about it before you move ahead.
