PR3 for all my pages (even new ones!)

Hello,

All of you know that Google updated PageRank at the new year. However, my 1 month old website has moved from PR0 to PR3.

Well, if you visit the main page in my website, you will see that I have a PR3 for the homepage, check the following:
Logo Wish | Logo inspiration, logo showcase, logos examples

I used the same page name for all the gallery, but when I created the site, I used query strings for paging (This isn't wordpress, it's an asp.net site developed by me).

Now, try to go to another page like:
Logo Wish | Logo inspiration, logo showcase, logos examples

As you can see, this page has a PR3 too... keep going deeper in the pages, you will keep seing that I get a PR3 for all of them!

I have checked several websites online that have querystrings for some pages, and the PR varies between each of them, and the deeper you go, the less PR you will incounter in general.

Google doesn't index the Default.aspx page only, but it also index every page in the gallery that has a query string as a seperate page.
you can see this by typing the following in Google:
site:Logo Wish | Logo inspiration, logo showcase, logos examples

I consulted an SEO specialist, and he was surprised to seeing this, but had no answer.

My question to you, does it mean that all the sites that are submitted to the gallery, will have a permanent PR3 link?

I am afraid to smile, but if it isn't a mistake from Google, then I should be so happy ( even though I am not the kind of people who are in love with PR, but you already know that many people do! )

Do you have any idea about what is happening on my website?

Best regards,
Wassim

      Thanks AJ for your reply.

You are a 100% right. That's what I personally think
However, I have worked very well on Link Building within the month before Google's PageRank update, and got a few links from high PR6 and PR5, and tons of PR2.

Anyway I think the PageRank for the homepage is quite realistic, however I'm not really sure what is so unique about my homepage, that is letting all the Default.aspx pages to rank with a PR3.

      Best regards,
      Wassim

Also, I have found that some of my clients sites have both jumped from a pagerank 0 to a pagerank 2 over the last few updates they made on the sites. I think it is a result of the links they are building to their sites (no matter the quality of the links, which I believed had a lot of weight to the pagerank algo). Their links are all incoming pagerank 0 links.

The other susprising thing is that their sites, although original, are simply single landing pages offering a product. I'm surprised that they have managed pageranks of 2, each.

Anyways, although it's nice to keep pagerank up, remember to focus in on the main stat - how profitable is the page!?! I have seen pagerank 0 sites kill pagerank 4 sites in terms of profitability - and I know which of the 2 I'd have

      All the best,

          Thanks.
What you are saing is right, but I definitely don't have links to all the pages of my gallery. It seems that Google is treating all the pages with the querystring, exactly the same as the Default.aspx page.

Hope it works out for you!
