Can a web company sue you for using their menu type etc?

Can a web company sue you for using their menu type etc? For example I would like to use San Francisco Restaurants, Dentists, Bars, Beauty Salons, Doctors top menu and search thing like their whole box with search and menu, can they sue me for it it that'll be all that i'll use? Please advise, thank you!

    I could be very wrong here, but I don't think so.

    I mean are you going to design something like it, or are you going to lift it straight from their website logo and all?

    no the logo and everything will be changed I just want to use like the whole search button with the top menu right below it thats it.. wondering if its illegal..

    I think it's just a table. You can create one pretty easily with most WYSIWYG editors.
