Questions re: Buying Parked Domains
There's a parked domain name I'm interested in buying, with a minimum asking price on Sedo.
I figured, "Okay, if I agree to pay this price, it's a done deal."
But then others warned me:
"No, the seller can demand more than the minimum he posted."
"Do it anonymously."
Can someone explain to me how one remains anonymous when negotiating with a seller? If I have one of the services (e.g., Sedo) do it for me (including using their escrow service), I'm not anonymous to them, right?
I'm sure there are other naive questions I haven't yet thought of.
Any informed advice will be greatly appreciated.
