Warning, bumping your thread is against the rules

So I had a thread I posted last night (pacific time GMT-8) with a question, and I checked it a short time ago. No answers. I thought that was odd, I would have thought someone would have known, but it was late in most of the USA and it was now on page two. So I thought a different time zone might get me an answer. But that is what I get for doing my own thinking.

Shortly after I bumped it I got a PM telling me that I had an infraction. WTF. I hadn't done anything. There I go thinking again. I got to stop that.

The headline stated "You have received an infraction at WarriorForum - Internet Marketing Forums" with the message, "bumping is very bad manners". I never heard such a thing. And I have seen it done numerous times. I told the person that, and they responded, "That doesn't make it right". Oh well, I never knew it was wrong.

So now I have an infraction. I guess I am a bad boy. But my mistake maybe will help you. If you don't get an answer to your question, don't bump it or you might get whacked. Better to rephrase the question and post it again. Unless that is against the rules too. So be careful of doing that. I don't want to get you in trouble, this is supposed to help you stay out of trouble.

I hope talking about my infraction isn't against the rules.
