Is it worth having an opt-in on Amazon review sites?

I have been building some Amazon review sites recently and I have been wondering whether I should include an opt-in. But then what do I use to tempt people to sign up? None of the sites that I have built so far particularly lend themselves to putting together some sort of freebie.

I have no experience of list building so don't feel that I know what I am doing - I think I understand the principles but putting it into practice is a different matter.

Some niches are perfect to build lists in. I do it on a few of my sites and am making quite a bit of extra money each month from those lists.

Just get a good PLR product in your niche and give it away on your blog. Setup an autoresponder sequence that promotes CB products, CPA or other Physical products and also make sure to give out good general info about the niche as well.

That's pretty much it. Once setup it runs on auto pilot which is sweet.

    Cheers

I say it is emphatically, absolutely essential to have an opt-in on all of your review sites. Nearly 90% of my sales are repeat orders from my lists, and that's usually how you can get the high-end product sales as well.

Initially, what I do is sell nominally-priced Clickbank products to build up lists in dozens of different niches, then promote niche-relevant Clickbank/Amazon products with incrementally higher end products.

On the Amazon review pages themselves, offer free tips or reports in exchange for the opt-in, then send regular promotions with value-added content to those lists. That's the little secret to earning the really big bucks.

That is definitely TRUE! Your most potential sales will be from the people that have already bought from you! As everybody has heard the saying: "The money is in the list," it is undoubtedly true!

Find someway to give away a free report or ANYTHING! But you will definitely want to build your list.

        Hope that helps!

I would and keep adding people to it in that niche.

Even if your autoresponder series isn't top notch to begin with, start collecting emails from day one anyway. You can always tweak the emails later.
