Monetizing a list without affiliate products?

Hi Guys,

This is my first thread here at the WF even though I have been lurking around for some time. So hi to everyone here, you guys are easily the best in the IM world!

My question is regarding the list I have built up. I have an 'Authority' site in my niche which has a nice flow of traffic and I have build my e-mail list up to about 200 users.
My problem is that it is very hard to find affiliate products associated to my niche. Do you have any ideas of how I can monetize this list?

I have created a product and plan to do more to monetize, but I won't be able to make products quickly enough and will only be able to make around 1 per month at most.

Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

    Create an ebook, audio, video for the niche.

    If the niche is profitable, keep creating products: simple products, systems, home study courses, DVDs, high priced seminars, 1on1 coaching...

    But, first be sure that the niche is full of people who want what you have to sell, and that they have the money.

    I think that creating 1 product per month is fast enough.

    Yeah don't think so far ahead- create one quality product and then go from there. Identify a simple problem that you can create a solution for and sell it for $7 to start out. If it does well, expand it into some videos or audios, and then raise the price. Just get something out there.

    Thanks guys you have given me some great ideas to brainstorm over the weekend.


    I will have more solid data by next week about how my first product did so will be able to make a more informed decision about what things I should focus on.
