I want a proven method to make money -- Did you have success with any WSO?

I am new to IM and I read lots of ebook threads and articles about IM.

I want to find a proven method which works and stick to this one method.

I was thinking about buying a WSO. The problem is that there are so many and from what I have heard some of them are low quality.

Do you know any ebook or WSO which describes an easy to follow method that actually works?
Did you have success with any WSO?

(please don't put affiliate links to WSOs as I want take your recommendation seriously)

You need to think a little bit first of all about how you want to make money

There are many different methods out there...

Do you want to generate purely passive income building niche sites?

Do you like providing services? Dealing with clients?

What is your current overall knowledge about making money online right now?

I would say before buying a WSO about how to make money you should research the many different ways to make money before making a decision. You can find out a ton of stuff for free here if you just take the time to browse around.

You're off to a good start with the site in your sig, I'd focus on getting that off the ground, instead of jumping to a new system.

    Good luck.

I have started promoting products from clickbank with niche sites and some SEO. I am also considering media buying or PPV but i am afraid not to lose money.

I don't want to provide services.

I want to make money as an affiliate. In the future I will create my own product (probably some kind of software)

I have read lot of things about making money. the problem is "information overload". I want to stick to ONE method.

For now, just SEO those niche sites. You can also look for other free traffic sources such as forum commenting.

After you do SEO and start making a few sales, look into building a list. Reinvest that SEO money into buying paid traffic and send them to your squeeze page. That list can be used often and continue to make you money month after month, just don't abuse it.

The first step is SEO though. Give at all you got until you succeed. Maybe find a good plan for getting back links and that can be your one good WSO you buy. Then, before you start using paid traffic, buy an ebook on that to, so you know what you're doing and don't waste money.

Trust me man. This can work. Just go one step at a time and avoid new schemes and plots.

You will lose money, infact it's almost pivotal that you do. How else will you know what does and doesn't work ?

There are a lot of ways to make money online but you really want to be looking into passive income streams instead of just creating another job for yourself.

To create passive or multiple streams of income takes planning but once you have a plan in place it becomes far easier than buying up the next shiny object hoping for a miracle. Know what I mean?

So focus on getting a plan together. If you don't know of a solid plan then take a look at some experts in your market. Join their lists, see what their marketing process is and try to reverse engineer their plan.

Once you do that you have a plan in place to get started. As a side note, just because you have a plan doesn't mean you cannot change it or modify it as you move along to suit your market and trends that happen in the months and years to come.

It can be hard working against low-cost competition. Along those lines though, I recently purchased a piece of software for seven or nine dollars, cannot remember which. Anyhow, it finds do follow .gov and .edu pages where you can leave links. I see a lot of people selling those backlinks for ten or fifteen bucks for just a few links. It may not be much but depending on where you live it can be a start. I am rebuilding my presence online but writing alone was not cutting it until I rebuild my clientele. I have expanded my services some to meet other market needs and while none of it will make me rich alone, together it adds up.

What types of skills do you have? Do you have a camera? Do you write well? Researching skills in your background anywhere?

mainly Java, C and SQL. I can't tell you about the level but I am fairly good in my projects in the university. Most of my programs run in console though. which is useless if you want to sell a program. But it will be fairly easy for my to learn GUI programming with Java.

Please don't think I am being an ass for saying this.... But...

You started this thread looking for one sure way of making money online, intent on not getting distracted from that one sure method...

Yet, you have already allowed yourself to get distracted by a tool, rather than staying focused on the business model.

I started this thread 4 months ago. I didn't know anything about internet marketing back then and yes I was distracted by anything. But that's not bad necesserily because you have to try a lot of different things when starting IM.

In the meanwhile I bought some WSOs, joined war-room and read a lot about IM and now 4 months later I decided to start a forum and at the same time I am working on a product.

If I had a guaranteed method of making money I would stick to it. But guaranteed methods do not exist, you will have to find youself what suits you and until you find it you can't be focused in one project. it's better to start many websites/blogs/services and see what suits you better and then focus on what performs best for you.

Decide what you can do and if possible, try to find something which fits your skill.

I've bought some awesome WSO's which I'm still yet to launch as businesses and I'm 100% confident they will work. I do have certain skills to make them work so much better though!

There are plenty of ways to make money, and plenty of things to distract you.

Congratulations for taking the education and doing something with it. That is the first step to finding any kind of success.

Lots of beautiful things in Greece and lots of people wanting pictures that are royalty free. Just make sure if you go that route, you watermark any images you have on your site and only post low-resolution copies to the site.

Just one idea but maybe you can see the possibilities.

You would still need a website, content, a means to draw traffic to your site, etc. In other words, you still need a plan for success but that does not make it impossible, only difficult. In the meantime, there are other sites that may allow you to post and even sell your pics ... for that matter, I may be interested in some from Greece but I am only now rebuilding.

I know you're trying to keep things very simple with one money making plan, which is admirable. However, if you're interested in taking photos I'd recommend doing that and becoming a member of a stock photography site like iStockphoto.com. You just upload/tag the photos and if they're decent quality you'll make extra $.

Since I create content-rich websites, I never have to pay for high-quality photos from iStockphoto, I just convert my earnings to credits. Haven't paid for any stock photography in the last 4-5 years just because I have a few photos that are somewhat popular and downloaded.

Also taking photos could be a fun "break" from staring at a computer monitor all day. Always good to have something fun and/or outdoors to do just to give your eyes a break.

        Hope this helps

You want to earn money as an affiliate, and you already have a site, right? Great! You know just what you want, and that's a great start.

I suggest you do keyword research, publish high quality SEO content on your website, get backlinks and attempt to rank well on Google for certain keywords that have about average competition but still have decent amount of searches.

In my opinion, that's ALL there basically is to successful affiliate marketing using websites -
    1) Decide what you're gonna publish on your site (keyword research, market/niche research, etc.)
    2) Get good SEO content on your site and perform on-site optimization (meta tags, alt tags, keyword rich headings and articles, etc. , also make sure your affiliate banners or links are placed @ optimum places and don't look spammy)
    3) Promote your website - build RELEVANT and quality backlinks. Try blog commenting (but only on other relevant and authority blogs in your niche), forum marketing (your link in sigs), Social Bookmarking, Social Media (make a Twitter and FB for your brand if you want to, would be a good decision.. but remember to stay active and "social"), try video marketing if you can (publish videos with links to your site on YouTube, etc.)

Get these 3 steps right and you WILL succeed! Make a system - decide how much time you're gonna spend every day doing what... Make a solid plan (or a blueprint, for yourself) and stick to it!
    Good luck.

    Regards,
    Anish.

IMO don't go down the WSO route. Maybe 1 in 30 provide any value whatsoever and far less provide you with an actual business strategy.

If you want to educate yourself read around this forum and others and buy only an established course on a subject you really want to learn. Figure out where you want to start. First you say affiliate marketing. Then a backlinking service. Which one is it?

    Hi,

I posted this for someone else who wanted to make $10 to $20 a day

here's a simple plan if you love social media..

    1. start a blog or a website about something you love, let's say Manchester United maybe.

    2. place google adsense above the fold, and blend it with your website very well, let the background color be the same as your website background color and the links be the same as well..

    3. go to search.twitter.com and type in your website's keywords, for our example here is "Manchester United"

see who is talking about Manchester United and start a conversation with them..
talk to new people everyday, it only takes 1 or 2 replies to let them want to know more about you & visit your website

and if you have good CTR you will make more than $10 a day just by talking to new people everyday!

    Good luck

Most money making methods that are highly used make money - or they don't become highly used. Do you think that so many continue to put out WSO's because they can't make money on them. It's a proven method.

Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that YOU will make a dime on any one of them.

Most methods of making money have been proven by someone. Or are you looking for something with more or less a guarantee? A system can be proven to work but no one can guarantee that people will follow the system like it was laid out or will do the amount of work needed for making the money.

That happened to me back in 1998 - I was the pioneer for Internet recruiting training, found the right mentor, made the right product at $149, got into all the big recruiting firms, was the only 5 star review by Inc magazine etc., and cleared 250K that year.

    So it can happen.

A note on one WSO, a $30 price tag for some PR2s, PR3s...PR6s...etc. Those were the ranks for the sites, not the pages, the comments were not good even though they were "manually entered", they were not specific to my niche, etc. I cannot see how this WSO would help, and hope it doesn't hurt...

As an aside, probably the best way to blog comment is to use a scrapebox type tool, find relevant decent sites, and comment manually. In other words, use the automation to find the sites and then have humans make the comments...

You don't need a WSO. Quite frankly, without some kind of direction, heading over to the WSO section would be a disaster for you right now.

The best time to venture into the WSO section is when you have a clear idea of what it is you want to accomplish with your business and what direction you want to go in.

At that point, you should only buy a WSO that can help you move in the direction that you want to go in - and until you get some experience or knowledge, it is very hard to figure out which ones will be able to help you and which ones won't.

You have been a member here since June. Six months is an awful long time to be a member here and still not have an idea of what you want to do, but that's okay. Every day is a new day.

      Here is my advice.

      1. Take some time to sit down and decide what type of business you want to have. Do you want to do affiliate marketing? Adsense? CPA? Off-line?

If you need to, go through the sub forums and do some research. Take notes. Do your homework.

      2. Once you have narrowed your choices down, do some searches for those particular business models. There are some excellent posts with information about how to make money with certain business models that are available for free here on the forum. That will be enough to at least get you started.

      3. Once you have started with a particular business model and you have utilized the free information that is available on this forum, and you can also do searches through Google or Bing or whatever to find additional information, then and only then should you venture into the WSO section to see if you can find more advanced information.

There is nothing more dangerous than a newbie venturing into the WSO section with a credit card and/or a PayPal account and no direction.

      Hope this helps.

Here's an idea ... as someone new to online marketing forget WSOs.

What I suggest is you visit Make Money Online, Earn Money Online - Marketing Tips and look under Products and Services for The Insider Secrets.

The product has been around for over a decade and is continually updated. It was originally created by the late Corey Rudl, a pioneer in online marketing. I bought it about 8 years ago.

Once you have a solid foundation from an established product like this, then go check out WSOs for specific techniques and methods to apply to your marketing.

It was only mentioned once further up in the thread, but I will expand on it.

    Get A List!
You want to be an affiliate marketer then you need people who will follow you and trust your every word. Don't know how to start you list? Here is one simple way:

    1. Get a domain and a hosting account
    2. Outsource someone to create a squeeze page and sales funnel with auto responder or do it yourself. (cheap source in my sig)
    3. Promote your squeeze page and sales funnel using easy free methods to capture leads.
    4. Sell products to your list using the auto responder.

This is the best way to be an affiliate marketer. If you choose any other method, I suggest you always have an opt-in box on any and all sites you choose.

You don't have to buy a WSO to get started in this business. If you do not have a plan written out yet first sit down and decide exactly what you want to do, what route you want to take, etc. and go from there.

There's no get rich quick ways to make money on the internet. Lot of it comes down to hard work and having a passion for what you do. I think a great way to start is by blogging about something your interested in and then try to promote your blog and build your traffic. You will learn alot that way.

I agree with pdrs. You really need to know what your strengths and weaknesses are and what you actually want to do before you start investing money in "The Next Big Thing" WSO. Trust me, I could tell you at least 10 different sure fire ways to make money online, but if you don't like what you're doing then it's going to be just like having a job . . . and I'm pretty sure that no one who wants to be happily self employed or enjoy their business wants that.

    So, here are some suggestions:

If you don't mind doing tedious repetitive tasks and you like customer service you could provide link building services to other online business owners.

If you like writing and customer service you could provide article writing services to other online business owners.

If you like writing but hate customer service and would rather build up passive income streams then you could build websites or blogs to earn affiliate and Adsense revenue.

If you would prefer to have and market your own product then you could get into product creation.

These are just a few of the many online business models.

Once you know what you really want to do, then you can start looking for guides to teach you how to do what it is that you want to learn to do correctly. But, in all honesty, you can find all of that information for free right here on the Warrior Forum.

Sadly, I have yet to find hardly any WSO's that are any good. And now that people can make affiliate income off them, I am getting bombarded day after day by WSO pitches

Some marketers only send me WSO's. They have gotten sent to the spam folder

Figure out what eBay Sellers from Hong Kong are selling.

Figure out how much that specific item is being sold for in your country.

Figure out how much it will cost to send from yourself to another customer in your country.

Analyze Individual Item Profit. Determine if this is "worth" having money tied up in.

Figure out how many have been sold within the past 60 days within your country. If 20 have been sold in 30 days, buy 40.

Purchase X amount from Hong Kong seller. Ask for bulk discount.

Resell items to buyers within your country. Under cut current seller by 1 cent. You will make the sales, you will be out of inventory within 6-8 weeks.

Reinvest, find new products, figure out your ROI, expand until investment meets your financial expectations, figure out how to hire someone to make your life easier.

...Can't say it doesn't work. If it didn't, I wouldn't own what I do today. This is really just the basic level of what I currently do.

WSOs are special kinds of beasts. I hear a lot of people complaining that they haven't been successful with many of the WSOs they have purchased. That doesn't necessarily mean the WSO isn't any good.

It's usually pretty fair to assume that the WSO seller has been rather successful using the method outlined in his or her WSO. More often than not, the problem is the buyer who is too impatient to follow the exact method demonstrated. Or the buyer follows the method once without success and assumes it doesn't work.

If you try a method once you haven't really tried it. The key word here is training. You may be able to follow a step by step method, but the first time around you are bound to make mistakes here and there.
Instead of claiming the method in the WSO doesn't work you, it is important to take a step back and analyze what went wrong. Fix the error(s) and give it another go. That's how professionals become professionals. There's a reason they say practice makes perfect.

First of all, when you do pick a WSO do your utmost to follow the exact method outlined. Wicked Simple Shawn (hope he won't mind me calling him that) said it perfectly in his Wicked Simple Cash WSO. You had to follow his method to a T.

As others have said it's important that you make a decision about how you want to make money. Me? I love to write. So, I know whichever money making "scheme" I get involved with it has to include writing.

That's the most important decision you need to make.

WSOs and "methods" are like soup-of-the-day. They change, and in the case of WSOs here, very frequently and quickly.

If you are looking to do business (online or off) long-term, you'd need a different strategy. Some good advice here by Craig Desorcy: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ats-issue.html

Take a look at ebooks with good customer reviews and make sure to choose something you are interested in.

I´d definitely recommend buying a few ebooks (since they tend to be really cheap) to get an idea about what you could like.

Most of the time, you can really only filter out if you love something by doing it.

For a newbie, it´s definitely hard to identify what is good or not since you don´t have experience nor results.

But you can still do good research and ask others for their opinion.
