Changing links from Articles

If I have a old article in a directory like EZA or similar and I don't bother to renew the domain that simply failed. (Well in fact I failed to make it work is better), can I change the link in the resource box to an active link I own?

Yes - you will have to change the link. EZA will email you and inform you that the link is dead. They check all the links periodically. They will give you time to update it to a live link, and if you don't, the article will be removed.

What about a similar situation where I keep the domain but basically give up on it while I try other stuff, can you switch links from an article.
