If you are looking for domains based on a buying keyword and amount of traffic, which I believe is very popular with the 'Google Sniper' method, would it be of more interest to you to ...


1. See the domain name and then perform your own research about stats and possible value,

For example redballetslippers.org


or


2. See the stats as that will dictate your niche site,

For example: xxxx.org is a buying keyword in the ballet niche with 5000 exact match searches per month with an Adwords CPC of $1.16 and a competitive rating of 44 according to Webtistic.


I was leaning towards #2 because of the problem with "niche stealing" that can be so rampant.
