Hey Guys,

I bought a WSO about a month ago here for $47.00 and basically did not recieve anything,

Went through a paypal claim and they settled it in seller favour as they could not prove this.

I'm extremley upset how can i get my money back? I only know the warriors real name and email address. He is not cooperating and all I'd like is my money back,

Kindest Regards

Craig

If you "name and shame" him here your likely to be banned, regardless of whether or not your in the "right" as that's one of the major TOS violations that seems to be consistently enforced.

Did the Warrior offer a refund in the the WSO?

You can probably PM a moderator and let them know what happened

    but...

It would seem that if PayPal has already found against you there's not really muhc your going to be able to do.

Feeling like you got taken advantage of and misled is a terrible feeling, I understand that. But, sometimes the only thing you can really do is just learn from it and move on.

      Cheers,

I'm just extremly stressed its £30 really.

I bought the WSO, and got nothing whatsoever.

I lost the paypal claim as they could not prove he had not sent it? It is ridiculous.

Anyone know a mod i can pm? so i can talk with? I cant pm the seller.

      Cheers.

You can post a review in the WSO thread. Just be careful to stick to the facts and not get personal about the seller at all. Simply state what happened.

If you received nothing the way you say and there was a refund policy not honored, then submit a ticket to the Help Desk (midway on the red navigation bar above). It will be investigated.

You don't mention it, but you DID ask for a refund before putting in a claim with PayPal, didn't you?

This ^^^^^ is exactly what you should do.

Absolutely no offense intended at all, but I'm "interested", myself, in (a) why you started off saying that you "basically did not receive anything" and you're now saying you have "literally nothing to show for the $47", and (b) why you lost a PayPal dispute as "they could not prove he didn't send it": I thought I knew my way around PayPal disputes reasonably well, but it's the first time I've ever heard of that happening when nothing was received, and it surprises me a lot. You're sure that was exactly what PayPal said? Anyway, I wish you well in resolving the issue, but you should definitely leave a factual comment in the WSO thread, and contact a Moderator privately, too.

    Craig,
You can certainly pm a mod with the facts. If they agree the warrior has done something wrong then they'll ban them. What the warrior forum can't do for you is get your money back. You could claim it back from your card company if you used a visa or mastercard. However sometimes they have a minimum amount of £100.
I'm afraid you might have to chalk it up to experience. In future you need to do your due dilligence before buying a wso just as you would any online product. How long has the wso seller been a member. What else have they posted? Have they been thanked for any posts and have they any reviews/testimonials from established warriors (that have been here a while and have posted a lot).

    Good luck

    Rich

That sucks that they don't have a better system set up to avoid scamsters. You can't trust anybody nowadays.

Have you tried to PM him? All you have to do is provide the transaction details and he can check to make sure that you have made the payment and provide you with another copy via email or new download link or whatever.

If this fails, then I would bring the matter up in the thread, stating the facts and ask nicely if he will sort things out.

Does this warrior have any other complaints on the thread?

You must also consider that sometimes emails end up in spam folders and large order volumes can result in emails being missed.

Sometimes there is a legit reason for a delivery not occurring. I had something askew with eJunkie a little while back and was unable to deliver my product. With that said, any one who runs a WSO, whether popular or not, 'should' keep tabs on their WSO thread....WSO runners 'should' also have an obligation to leave a valid, long term, means to contact them.

I'd be careful to remain tactful if you post to their WSO thread. Say something like "I really look forward to reading this WSO, however, I have yet to receive it. I understand that numerous things can occur that may cause a product to not deliver, so I am giving you the benefit of the doubt....again, I really look forward to reading it"....

Did you contact the WSO provider BEFORE filing a paypal claim? If the purchase is through a site and not manually sent, problems can happen that need to be resolved manually. I would not post anything negative about the person until you have contacted the seller and moderator to sort this out.

Just pm a mod with the details. Certainly payment with no delivery and no refund is cause to at least close the WSO. Did you leave a comment in the WSO thread?

It seems odd to me that any WSO seller wouldn't send out the product if some tech glitch caused the transaction not to complete. After all, assuming it's an electonic item, it wouldn't make sense not to. Unless, of course, it's a total scam, in which case you'd expect that there would be a flurry of complaints which might at least 'suggest' to Paypal that there's something wrong.

Perhaps another PM asking the seller to resend the item rather than a refund?

This is the link you are looking for: Warrior Forum Helpdesk

Give the mods all the details about what happened. They will investigate the matter and possibly close the wso and/or ban the user based on the facts you provide them.

But you won't get your money back from them. You have only two ways to get your money back. You can get it from the seller (it doesn't sound like this will be happening) or you can get it from the payment process (it also doesn't sound like this will be happening).

Maybe take the next step and initiate a chargeback with your credit card company. This is the only way to take Paypal out of the equation.

NO, do not get personal mate... there is probably a legitimate reason why the product was not delivered. Don't be so hasty - have you contacted the seller and asked about delivery?

A few of my friends sell many WSO's and sometimes people can't figure out how to get their stuff, or something in the systems jacked up the delivery.

Be patient, and use some common sense.

What do you mean by "basically" did not receive anything?

Did you not receive the product or did you not like the quality of the product and found it not worth your while?

I had the same problem. I filed a claim with Paypal but they ruled in the sellers favour. Paypal makes it too easy for scammers to rip people off - and they're still here ripping more people off as you aren't allowed to mention any names.

Is it just me or is that insane?

Yes, reading this it is difficult to know what you mean - have you contacted the seller?

Explain what is happening - do you mean you shut down the TY page or did not understand the checkout process.

You can leave a review in the WSO thread I suppose or contact a mod < I would open a support ticket asking what to do to be on the safe side.

Or did you mean you got nothing FROM the WSO?

i.e You DID receive it but for whatever reason it did not work for you?

So this is from the sales copy in the WSO, duplicated in a post by the author, on Feb 21, 2011:
P.S The money back guarantee has been taken off. The sales copy describes exactly what this course, and there are reviews as well. If you do not find those convincing enough then this is probably not for you.
So, if you bought it a month ago, that is well after the seller removed any guarantee.

Problem is I've just spent $49 last night on another similar WSO as I thought this was expired. So will purchase right away if I can get the answer I'm looking for. Because $17 would then represent value for money and It wont feel like one of them has been a wasted purchase ( in the sense one is miles better or they are very similar)
So it appears that you bought one WSO, then decided you wanted a different - or another - one. You asked for a refund, on a product that offered no refund, were told "no", escalated it to PayPal and again were told "no", and are now whining on the forum about it.

    Good for PayPal.

I am sorry to hear about your problem, but its very surprising that you didn't get the download link and the seller really didn't care about it. It's too easy to send a new download link to buyer's email BUT, what I doubt that your way of communicating was not too well.

Were you rude? For example, did you send email to the seller like "I didn't get the download link and you got my money and ripped me off. Pay my money back immediately.". Did you do that? In that case seller may get irritated and stop responding to your emails OR you sent too many emails in a short time. At your end you are thinking that seller is not responding but your emails were going into SPAM box or seller marked you as spam.

Please be more specific about your problem and tell in detail.
