Cross Posting to Forums?

Is it allowed? If so, are there any ways to do it without copy and pasting?
I use Ping.fm. Is there anything similar for forums like Yahoo and Google groups?

    Do you mean copy and pasting in numerous subforums here or in other forums. If subforums here, I wouldn't do it.

    If other forums, no ... don't know of any way to cross post. They aren't newsgroups. They each have their own log in. I'm sure there's some bot somewhere that may do that, but don't have a clue as I don't do that.
  • I don't think what you want to do is very ethical and not welcome. But maybe I am misunderstanding as I am not real sure what cross posting is exactly. But if it is what i think, then site owners wouldn't appreciate you doing it.

      It's a method that was used primarily to spam newsgroups. You could send the same crap to tons of newsgroups, just by selecting them or including them in the address.

      Since all forums are different, there really isn't a universal message that would be appropriate to send to all of them or many of them. It's spam.
