How Do You Optimize or Make Money With A Facebook Fan Page

I use facebook for Amazon products, the first thing I do is set up a page and import my specific Amazon site into that page so each product post is posted automatically on facebook as I add posts and new products onto my Amazon sites. The blog on facebook is then indexed by Google so I can get a bit of organic traffic in addition to facebook traffic.

Once I have done that, I then set up and Amazon shop onto a fanpage, this specifically focuses on a product and add a live store to the fanpage using a small bit of software.
If the product has multiple categories I can add up to 12 stores for each fanpage.

(This works really Great for Hobbies and associated products for the hobbie )

Then I focus on building friends and fans who have an interest in the product/hobby and interact with them on a regular basis with the odd reccomendation thrown in there.

I dont aggressivly sell on facebook as I feel its more of a soft sell approach.

The key is to build a realtionship with your list, once you do that you will be a lot more successful when you reccomend something for them to check out.

That sounds interesting and creative. Do you have an example i could look at? So are you saying you already have an outside url advertising amazon products and essentially just upload that page into facebook?

ok I will help with an example situation in which you can use as a sort of foundation towards making money with a facebook fan page.

say you run a custom tshirt company.

what I would do in that case is build a fanpage/amazon store integrated into the iframe facebook fanpage

and do a paid advertising campaign targeting business with mabey a discount or a freebie tshirt with there logo ..

This is just an example but it is geared towards how you can monetize a facebook fanpage.

or you can integrate your facebook fan page "optin-page type" with a cpa offer and do a paid advertising campaign via facebook targeting your cpa offer specifications

with your list you can promote your cpa offer - dont put the cpa offer on your fanpage or you could get banned from getting people not in the cpa qualifications list trying to take advantage of your cpa offer :-)

I use a simple Technic which is good for all kinds of products..
Create a store tab inside your FB page (I use StoreYa, just google it)
and drive traffic to your store, it can be your own fans, or you can launch an FB ads campaign.
It's simple and the conversions are amazing! You can add to this store CB, CJ, Amazon, every product from every platform.
