Wordpress problem

Hello World. At this point I'm getting extremely frustrated because something in Wordpress doesn't want to work. All I am trying to do is change the header on my theme to a custom theme I made today, but when I point the stylesheet to the new header, the old header still shows up. I tried changing the file permissions and it STILL doesn't work (worked last night but now it refuses to work). It's something extremely simple but Wordpress is making it hard. Please help.

    The first thing I would try is to delete your browser history and check it again. Sounds like the old version might be stuck in your browser cache. Especially since you said it worked last night.

    Damn, that's what I should've done before I reinstalled Wordpress and got it to work again. Now I gotta set up all my stuff again. Oh well.
