Spammer got my YouTube Account closed. What can I do?

I don't believe it.

One of my YouTube accounts got blocked due to a idiot which entered several stupid comments about that my material is a scam, that I'm a liar etc.

I mistakenly left the comments open and was at vacation for about a week, not checking the account.

Now I can't even get in to contact Youtube to sort this out, proofing that the video is legit.

That video was at page 1, #1 for a important keyword and now I'm loosing all that traffic.

Any idea what to do?

I tried over the YT Forum, but maybe you guy's have a better idea.
