Need to talk to a mod

My thread was deleted, probably because it was about making money through porn and i wasnt even notified. Is this a serious way of handling things, delete and not notify for reasons? I dont want to make a thread about it, but who's the guy i need to talk to about these constant issues(meaning this isnt the first time something of mine has been deleted and no reasoning) God forbid i post a youtube video and get banned!

This should sum it up nicely:

Posts are never deleted for "no reason". And because people almost always argue with the mods about the rules, it has gotten to the point where it's not logistically possible (time-wise), nor practical to explain to someone every time they delete a post.

They are busy enough as it is. I mean, just people posting in the wrong forums, the mods have to move or delete a few hundred posts a day! And that's just one of the rule violations.
