Non-US Domain Name Server
Hi everybody,
I am living in Germany using a German domain name registrar service which offers very low prices for com domains (approximately US$5 per year). My US websites are with Hostgator/SEOHosting where I put in the DNS of the German registrar.
However, I wonder if this approach can cause problems for the ranking of my US websites in Google.com.
Does anybody here have an idea about this? Is it worth saving the money on domain registration? Or is this saving more than offset by rankings lower than registering with Namecheap and other US based registrars?
