Imnica Mail - Can Someone Teach A Newbie?

Hi Warriors, I need your help if you have some experience with Imnica Mail.

I want to start having a mailing list for my site and I've created a free account with Imnica Mail to try out. If it works out, I'll subscribe to their pay service.

However, their online help, knowledge base, and even on-screen descriptions are TERRIBLE. There's NOTHING useful on their support page Knowledgebase - Powered by Kayako Fusion Help Desk Software

The clearly don't have anyone in the company with any documentation and UI support skills and for a newbie like me, I simply don't know where to start!

The field descriptions in the Imports tab (particularly with Custom Fields) are all greek to me and I have no idea what each field does.

Can someone point me to another resource site or kind enough to write a how-to on how to get started?

  • Yes I did, Roger, thanks, actually their email support threw me the same link as well. They're not helpful at all, they're just obvious 'click this and that' videos that don't explain anything...

    Thanks for taking the time to respond, nonetheless.

    I'll go with Aweber instead, it took me less than 15mins to understand their UI.

    • Good thinking. Aweber is where it's at, and it integrates easily with a lot of WP Themes, plugins, etc...
