How do get refunds?

Sorry everyone, I am really stuck with this one, I bought a product plus upsell from an affiliate link sent in an email from a warrior, the product is not a WSO but because I trusted the warrior I bought this, it is not at all what I though it was and I have never asked anyone for a refund before but at over $200 I can't afford to just let this one go. The sales page states "no questions asked refund just tell me you want your money back and I will get it for you" so I emailed him and he just sent me a link with clickbanks policy on it, so I take it I will not be getting my money back then?

    If you want a refund from a Clickbank product find the Clickbank receipt email you received and there will be a section for Support on the bottom of that email. If you go there you will have options as well as a refund request.

      As the statement says - CB has a 60 day refund policy. Sellers pay to put their products on clickbank to handle sales...and refunds. Very easy to get a refund from a product you purchased THROUGH CLICKBANK so where is the problem?

      Apply for the refund through clickbank - and you'll have your money in a couple days.

      Edit: The reason you were sent to CB to process the refund is the incidence of buyers who will try to get a refund from both the seller AND CB. It happens.

        Thanks, I have now found where to get the refund, you have to click the customer support in the receipt email then click customer support in clickbank then go to more options in the drop down and thats where the refund bit is!!! So not as easy at it seems to get a refund. Hopefully I will never need to do it again though.
