Is There Any Training On Using Live Chat for Your Website?

Hello,

I would like to test live chat out and eventually hire a couple of virtual employees to work from home. The problem is that I am not really sure how I would go about engaging a prospect on my website, letting alone training a new employee on how to do it.

Do you know of any ebooks/programs that focus on engaging people via live chat? Thanks

    What i would suggest is that you use odesk.com to hire a virtual assisstant it's cheap and you can find someone who knows what there doing. I outsource so many things for great prices!

    Give it a shot just post the job requirements and watch the offers pour in.
    Don't jump on the first offer wait for someone with experience and offer a low price and has 4-5 stars
