Hostgator Is Killing Me!!

Anybody else having regular issues with Hostgator? Over the last 45 days I have had to file at least 10 tickets due to poor load times, websites not loading at all, mysql errors etc, the list goes on and on.

I'm looking to move, any good ideas who to?

And what's the best way? I have a reseller account with over 250 domains.

    Garret,

Are you running a lot of Wordpress sites loaded with Plugins?

I had similar problems, but soon found out that a few plugins were causing a 20 second Loadtime!

I removed and/or replaced them, and everything is under 3-5 secs now

I had the same problem with some plugins. Other than that I'm pretty happy with Hostgator...

        Nice Taylor,
Although a employee lying to customers really is justification for firing. Make it a 1 strike and your out policy. If they are lying about simple support issues then you have a issue that is far more problematic then just slow servers. My company has been getting a flood of new clients in the last 6 weeks and the feedback I am hearing sounds like your up against a major growth hurdle or a support department that has grown lax.

I wish you luck in any case.

a lot of guys on here us HG. i for one have been very pleased with them.

you might try asking them to move you to a less crowded server. they did this for me a few years back.

and that a lot of domains on a reseller account (assuming they are getting traffic), it might be time to look into a small vps.

Ive had many issues with hostgator in the past -

i logged into phpmyadmin today and noticed the interface has changed - could it be due to something being updated on their end?

either way - if your on a shared server then the issues could be caused by other sites.

I was hosting a zencart site on a shared server with only 3 more sites of my own - there was a script in zencart - a tell a friend script which was being exploited - my sites were running very slow - and as soon as i narrowed down the issue and disabled the tell a friend script all was fine

Now considering that others will also be hosting sites on the same ip due to it being a shared server - then someone elses site could be impacting your server.

hostgator is normally very good - but untill they can find the actual issue then your site will continue to load slow - unless of course it is due to the phpmyadmin update

      EDIT -

If your sites require much more traffic and you need to ensure its up - such as when your doing a launch then mojohost is very good and experienced

Sometimes its because of lots of plug.in activated to your sites.. that cause low loading time.

You can contact hostgator chat support anytime though.

I've never had any technical issues with them. But on two occasions, they did not credit my affiliate account for sales I generated for them. I had to write to them, after which they only credited comission on one sale, which ignored my concern about the other uncredited sale.

You can try bluehost like LMC mentioned. I've only been hearing good things about them.

Hosting Zoom is good too. If you think maybe your plug ins are creating the problem make a subdomain and install wordpress on it. When the site starts running slow then run speed tests on the sub domain and the regular domain and see if the sub domain loads fine. If it does, take a look at your plugins.

    Hi Garret,
This may or may not help, but I had a similar problem with HostGator a few weeks back.
Sites not loading, timing out, wordpress posts locking up...it was a mess.
The problem believe it or not actually turned out to be my email client Thunderbird.

Without getting too technical, I had around 15-20 email accounts on my Thunderbird. These accounts were set to "IMAP", meaning in simple terms that each of these accounts were CONSTANTLY connected with my mail servers on my hosting.

Each of these IMAP connections use up one "process" on your server (you can see the running processes 1/2 way down on the left side of your main cpanel interface)

In a shared hosting account (hatchling/baby/business) you are limited to 25 processes.

You can see how it would be extremely easy to reach this 25 processes limit in a short period of time if you have multiple mail accounts.

Anyway...When you start using the WordPress interface, this too increments the number of processes by 1 for each WordPress blog you are logged into.

    See where this is going?

When you reach the 25 processes limit, your webserver just kind of "dies". Flagging 500 errors, locking up email, Wordpress, killing page load times etc etc.

The solution that I used was to remove some of the less necessary accounts from Thunderbird, then change the accounts in ThunderBird to check for mail at 5 minute intervals.

Hope the above helps you out!
    Paul.

Yup this is an issue that a lot of people are unaware of.

It happened to me over 2 years ago and this was exactly the cause. Did not have to delete any accounts from T-Bird, just changed the "Check for new messages" settings to staggered times. Never have had a problem since then.

    All very helpful folks, thanks.

My issues have not only been mine though. I teach a number of students and because of the great success and support from HG in the past have suggested that they also open accounts there.

I had one student who's websites were down for almost a day and HG just kept giving us the runaround as to why. And thene scores of other complaining about slow load times. I don't know, I just have seen a serious degrade in performance.

And before the question is asked, the student's domains are not part of my hosting account.

Can anybody tell me anything about Hawkhost?

Very late in the day, after we went to dinner and came back, seems to be running okay now but the damage is done. I had to close a WSO for a few hours just because people couldn't get the product, it was that bad.

We use Hostgator for a number of our tests sites. At the end of June we experienced a period when we had 3 days of downtime on all the sites on one of our re-seller accounts. Was constantly online with their tech support, who could only say that they were working on it and that they appreciated our patience.

They seem to have gone downhill. A few years ago I had a client who experienced the same problem, and at our request Hostgator moved the sites to another server and cleared the problem. I inquired about having this done during our downtime in June and they refused.

Since the outage in June we have not had an issue with that re-seller account (and for the record a second re-seller account we have never experienced an issue). I'm assuming it's just part of the trade-off in using shared hosting, when one of your neighbors starts eating resources everyone suffers. I doubt that the problem is unique to Hostgator.

Yeah, my main issues have bee reseller account based. All day today they've been telling me nothing was wrong, all the while mysql errors an none loading sites like crazy. Then I ask to do a large backup of one my my sites and the tech tells me they can't because something is wrong with the server.

That's the lesson I really leaned today. We should have read the writing on the wall and started to move stuff off of HG a few months ago when it really started to get bad. I'm a loyal fella though and though we would stick it out and got bit hard today, everything was down, hard.

I've not really had any problems, but, my 2-year contract is up and I plan on migrating elsewhere. There are some good hosting companies out there with good deals if you take a look around. I can get 3 years of hosting on a special through WHT for 1/2 what hosting through HG costs for 2 years.

      Hey Everyone,

Sorry for the delay at getting to this post. Thanks again David for letting me know about it.

Anyone who is having an issue, please feel free to PM or email me (thawes @ .... hostgator.com) your ticket ID number and I'll get in touch with our team and help do what I can to inquire about the issues.

What I can tell everyone is that this is something we are truly working on. We have setup a department that solely looks into, tracks down and solves these slow server/poor load time issues. If you had these issues in the past, but didn't see a resolution, please submit a new ticket and the team will assign it to the correct department for this to be thoroughly looked into.

Again, please feel free to contact me with any issues. I'm more than happy to provide you with my contact information and do what I can to help out. Please do note however I'm not one of the administrators, so I wont personally be able to diagnose the issue for you

Here is also the honest reply addressing this same type of issue (and our problems/faults on this type of problem in the past) on another forum from our Founder & Chairman Brent Oxley. Not all of this pertains necessarily to your exact case, I just wanted to give you a better idea of how we're solving and addressing this type of an issue (that we honestly didn't solve properly in the past).

You are right it is a very serious problem.

There are multiple issues at play here...

Our chat / phone support agents have been telling people we are aware of their slow site issue and that we are working on the server. In the majority of cases this is a lie since we aren’t working on anything unless a ticket is submitted or the server has a high load.

The majority of slow site issues are due to customers loading remote content. Their site then in turn loads as slow or as fast as that remote content is going to load. I'd say at least 50% of the complaints on WHT lately have been because of this. These are easy to resolve but unfortunately due to the above it hasn’t been happening since techs are automatically assuming it’s a problem on the server and that were aware of it when were not.

We found a firewall issue that was blocking many people that were hitting 50 connections a minute. This was mostly affecting customers who were working on multiple sites as well as a few various scripts. This should be resolved now that we’ve increased this limit significantly. (this was the problem of a poster in this thread)

In the majority of cases we aren’t able to reproduce the issue immediately. It may only happen for a few minutes here and there and by the time we get to the ticket it’s no longer happening. We close the ticket out without watching and following up all because we can’t replicate the issue whether it’s a problem with server, remote content, firewalls, isp, etc.

I’m currently creating many new policies that should resolve most of the recent issues. This will be done through a combination of the following efforts:

*New slow site Que with techs assigned to follow up and track down issues that aren’t presenting themselves at the time ticket is first looked at.

*I assigned a new director of monitoring yesterday who will be in charge of making sure we are resolving server issues instead of band aiding temporarily as has been happening to frequently.

*Severe punishment for employees who say we are working on uptime / speed issues without finding out what the problem is and verifying we are indeed working on the issue via ticket or through the forum.

I wish I never had to be contacted, but that’s just not realistic when you have 800 employees with many of them being new. We do a great job solving issues but every now and then something slips through the cracks and when it does I’m there to fix it if needed.

Well I've got to tell you, I'm in the process of moving 95 of our domains right now to another provider. I an appreciate what you say but for me it's a little too late.

I have indeed experienced a number of time (today included) of your employee telling me it's be worked on and having no clue whatsoever what "it" actually is.

Don't get me started on the whole ticket thing. I can't tell you how many times in the last month I've been told that creating a ticket would basically be a waste of time because by the time somebody got around to answering the issue would be fixed. And I am talking about issues that had been going on for hours and sometime days!

I would like nothing better than to start pointing all of my students (over 300 now) to hostgator again but I can't in good conscience.

In the majority of cases this is a lie since we aren't working on anything unless a ticket is submitted or the server has a high load.

The majority of slow site issues are due to customers loading remote content. Their site then in turn loads as slow or as fast as that remote content is going to load. I'd say at least 50% of the complaints on WHT lately have been because of this. These are easy to resolve but unfortunately due to the above it hasn't been happening since techs are automatically assuming it's a problem on the server and that were aware of it when were not.

We found a firewall issue that was blocking many people that were hitting 50 connections a minute. This was mostly affecting customers who were working on multiple sites as well as a few various scripts. This should be resolved now that we've increased this limit significantly. (this was the problem of a poster in this thread)

In the majority of cases we aren't able to reproduce the issue immediately. It may only happen for a few minutes here and there and by the time we get to the ticket it's no longer happening. We close the ticket out without watching and following up all because we can't replicate the issue whether it's a problem with server, remote content, firewalls, isp, etc.

I'm currently creating many new policies that should resolve most of the recent issues. This will be done through a combination of the following efforts:

*New slow site Que with techs assigned to follow up and track down issues that aren't presenting themselves at the time ticket is first looked at.

I wish I never had to be contacted, but that's just not realistic when you have 800 employees with many of them being new. We do a great job solving issues but every now and then something slips through the cracks and when it does I'm there to fix it if needed.

I had the same problem today, which was actually why I came to the site. My sites were down for about 45 minutes.

They said there was an excessive server load and they were looking into it.

    Everything's back up now though.

I haven't had any issues with my whopping two HostGator sites. They are thing on content though right now and have like four plug-ins, so I might be the exception to the rule right now.

I've seen several complain about HostGator in the last week, so it is possible they could be going through some issues at the moment.

Use a provider that hosts your site on 4 servers. 2 up and 2 back-up at all times. Load is fast as a page pulls from both up servers. every 24 hours, they switch the 2 up & 2 back-up servers. Only provider I know that does this is Powweb. Great load balancing. Virtually 100% up time, (except for the VERY rare case of both up servers crashing at the same time). Trouble is, no C-Panel. But OP is very intuitive and easy to figure out. 24/7 phone support, but in 10 years, never needed it once.

Bluehost is OK too. No load balancing, but (fingers crossed) no troubles yet. Lol.

Again, not just my issues, many of my students have had the same issues and not with the same plugins.

I mean it's great that some of you haven't had any problems, really, that's how it should be. But with around 200 domains I just can't afford to not to at least believe that things are going to run smoothly.

It's the hard drive your website is in. It's probably too full or defective. My 20+ websites are doing great but it's probably because they aren't in the same hard drive as yours.

I've been having nothing but problems with HostGator as well. However, with me, they took it a step further and are trying to screw me. They suspended my account and forced me to upgrade to VPS because their reseller servers can't handle 4k daily visits.

Since upgrading to VPS, the downtime has been awful! I made a support ticket and they keep giving me excuses like "We are updating the servers"... How many times a day to they need do update servers????

After complaining more, they told me to monitor some stuff and get back to them.... WHAT??? You want me to pay you $90 per month + monitor YOUR servers??? What's next, they gonna want me to go clean their office and answer phones for them too??

I am slowly moving some of my websites to Hostica that cost like a $1 per month!!! and their servers and uptime are far superior to HostGator could only dream of.

I am so sick of HostGator and their scam. I've been a customer for 6+ years and how they are treating me is just horrible! How can a company like this still can be in business is beyond me! I tried to give them a benifit of the doubt and asked them to put me back to the reseller and they told me they would for a fee... WTF??? first you shut off my website because it can't handle the traffic, now you want to charge me a fee to go back to what I had?!?!?! What a SCAM!

Save your time, money and heartache and find a 'real' hosting service!

We talked for a minute. You do know HG reseller accounts are hosted on shared servers? Its not a dedicated account. Usually its a jailshell account with root access sitting next to shared accounts. I am not sure about HGs setup but they do stack them pretty deep. When you see those MySQL errors thats usually your neighbor crashing the daemon.

I had this issue few days back :

"This message is to advise you of a temporary block placed on your database. The database was found to be consuming an inordinate amount of processor time, to the point of degrading overall system performance. While we do limit each account to no more than 25% of a system's CPU in our terms of service,"

All blogs and ecommerce store down due to the database block.

Fixed that in 12 hrs but was an issue neevrtheless.

No C panel but in process of changing... Depending what package you go for you can get up to 15 dedicated IP addresses for 15 websites as part of the deal, plus a couple of Domain names

They do VPS + Cloud hosting as well.

They've been around since 1999 so they're pretty stable

Let's not forget, that if you're not on a dedicated server, that there are other accounts sharing your processor. So It may not even be your plugins doing it, it could be someone else's.

That being said, I had a huge problem with Hostgator when I first tried them out. And that was with a dedicated server. To this day I have no idea what the problem was but it was during a time when my business was extremely busy, so I lost a boat-load of money. I had just moved over from Godaddy from suggestions here on the forum, but during my busiest hours, my server would get overloaded and freeze up. So I kept my Godaddy account open and kept switching back and forth.

Finally someone suggested I close the hostgator account, and then reopen a new one, so that I'd be on a different server. I actually tried it, and I haven't really had much of a problem since, and that was 2 years ago.

I was happy with HG until they changed my password without my permission. It took several phone calls and hours of time to get a new password from them so I could access my account. Then, a few days later, they changed my password again without my permission. More phone calls and more hours of time. Then, another password change without my permission. It got so fustratrating trying to login and the password kept changing. I finally gave it up. Hostgator is a joke! I would never use them again.

If you have sites hosted long enough (I've been at it since 1996), you learn that Hosting Services are good for many years... then they go downhill. None of them are good forever.

The thing I like about HG is that they are always easy to get a hold of, and they really seem to work hard on resolving issues. That's the most important thing. I have always found GoDaddy hellish-- they don't seem to care. HostGator seems to care a lot when something goes wrong.

YIKES, I'd hate to think about moving that many sites. But, if you're really looking to move, Bluehost is excellent. Best customer service on the planet, available 24/7. I know there is lots of love for Hostgator on the forum, but I moved away from them several years ago because they consistently overcharged me. To their credit, they tried to fix the problem, but never did. After 3 months, I pulled the plug.

Really...REALLY??? 100 domains on SHARED hosting (from someone who posted earlier). If you have ANY significant amount of traffic, SQL size, number of domains ect WHY IN THE BLUE HELL do you NOT have a dedicated server???

I have a dedicated cloud server at Rackspace for like a whole $140/mo and I can ramp it up in like 5 min if I get a spike in traffic or do a promotion....just move the slider to get more processor speed, ram ect.

Really, you need to treat your business like a BUSINESS. Sometimes you need to just have the WHOLE server to yourself...and yes, sometimes having load balancing, a front end server and a DB server along with a SEPARATE email server. If you are making any reasonable amount of money, this is your FIXED cost that you have instead of a building. Treat your business like a business! You get to write it off.

    Just my 2 cents.

It is still strange to hear that HG is not able to help you in identifying the issue. I would do a check to see what is causing the slowness, it could be DNS, it could be some plugin or some pages with images. I had similar problem but when i removed statpress it fixed my problem

Do you know why is this really happening to you ?

Because all of hostgator servers use cloud linux on them, and you've got 250 domains on your account and that is not really a small amount.

BUT first you've to tell me about your traffic on these sites.

Because if you're causing high loads on server cloud linux will slow down your site rather then affecting other sites on the same server.

Now it really depends on you, and if you think you've outgrown shared hosting them you must think about next level hosting, like vps or a mini dedicated server. But you need to be well trained to secure and optimize your server for better performance other wise it will give you a even poor performance then your shared hosting environment.

I have like 50 low-traffic domains on godaddy so have been looking for another server already because of sporadic email outages that their techs can't seem to track down, and their server virus scanners suck, if even existent (try getting 50 php domains, many of them WP, get hacked and malware viruses installed and then have google blacklisting them-it's MESSY). I've heard issues here with host gator. I had issues through a client of mine that was running on IXHosting. I am actually looking at ipage pretty hard because of their server virus scanners, unlimited emails, etc. A friend of mine also recommended them, with the caveat that they seem to be so focused on marketing and "growing" their business right now, that there were concerns that they could outgrow their servers pretty fast and start running into problems like being addressed here about HG. Hadn't ever considered bluehost but I'll check them out based on recommendations here. But if their server virus scanners aren't up to the task, they're not an option for me. I have some fairly controversial sites planned due to the content involved, and I need a solid server that's both virus and bullet proof. Oh, I also REQUIRE that their tech support is native English speaking. I simply refuse to use any company that outsources their tech support to India, Malaysia, Japan, Romania, or anyplace else that doesn't speak real American or British Colony English. I just don't go there anymore. My 2 cents.

Any one else have any experience with ipage?

      My thoughts exactly.

I've been with nearly every major company except for bluehost, but I had freelancing clients when I did that thing who used them and here are my thoughts.

If you take your business seriously you need at least VPS. There were times when I couldn't make my rent payment, but I paid my VPS bill because I considered it my most important expense.

I've been with HostGator for about two years now and I LOVE it. I have a shared account for minisites when I want to remain anonymous on anon nameservers and I have my money site on a VPS account. NEVER had ANY downtime EVER. They were flexible with me when money was tight and the bill was due and their customer service is even better that GoDaddy's.

The only complaint I have with them is that I didn't know about them sooner.

VPS or Dedicated is the only way to go. Own your nameservers and c-class, Run any operations you want, and have root access. It's the only way to go.

      Stay thirsty my friends.

Hostgator is as reliable as they come. Have you contacted support and request them to move you to a different server? It might be due to some bad eggs in the same server hogging resources.

I have used HG for many years and very lucky. In fact anytime I had a technical glitch, they were extremely supportive with problem analysis, suggestions, a few pointers, until we nailed down a solution, in some cases it took many support tickets.
The reason I stay with HG, is the support response time to tickets, I find I hear back within minutes, to an hour or so on support tickets, rather than being strung out for 24hrs.... I hope you get this sorted quickly.

If I do have any dramas they have a 24 hour chat line and all dedicated server issues are treated as urgent. I've run a dedicated server since about 2005. They have full CPanel, catch all mail accounts (something HostGator has now banned), Fantastico. I also am a reseller (though I mostly use them just for myself and my private clients) and find that their WHM (website host manager) resolves a new websites instantly.

No. Quite the opposite. Always have had the best experience with them

Especially their support team is alwys on top of things.

Doubt I will ever choose a different provider.

if your sites are powered by WordPress or any other PHP application, look for web hosts that have LiteSpeed installed. I switched to a web host that has LiteSpeed and my sites run so much faster and stable because of it. LiteSpeed is a fully scalable load-balancing solution.

I hope you try Google Chrome.

I use Hostgator and Firefox seemed to timeout constantly on my blogs. But I switched to Chrome (with very few plugins) and it loads MUCH faster and easier. I thought it was because I was running WordPress multisite on a shared hosting account but nope.. Just FireFox and it's bazillion plugins, all of which I need.

  • I've moved my primary site off of Bluehost due to frequent, regular downtime recently:

I've also got a bunch of sites with a fairly well respected large Irish hosting company, here's the numbers for the last month, not including this week*:

    Outages: 8
    Downtime: 4 hrs, 0 mins
    Uptime: 99.55%

Now the *: I had some serious issues with them this week which caused over 24 hours of downtime (actually closer to 48 hours) on over 40 domains. This was due to misunderstandings, lack of reporting, non-standard account setup and some woefully bad customer support. I can't begin to describe just how furious I am with them

I've moved everything to MediaLayer, who I've found to be incredibly good so far - they have helped me migrate 40+ live sites including MySQL databases, to their systems. Apart from the quick response to my support queries, the above-and-beyond help in migrating so much data, the fact that they run LiteSpeed and do not over-sell their server - which is the main issue with the likes of Bluehost and Hostgator.

The downside to all that from MediaLayer? It's significantly more expensive than the rack-em-and-stack-em providers. Here's the thread on WHT for MediaLayer shared hosting offers. I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for", so check them out.

I'll post a fuller review including uptime statistics in a couple of months.

I used HostGator and Dreamhost for years, never really had any major problems with either. That said, Dreamhost's customer service was a lot better and while I no longer have a HostGator account I do continue to use dreamhost on a regular basis.

Im looking for seo benefits by getting more than one hosting account. I just now bought a hosting package in the UK for a .co.uk name from zyma.com they run a promotional offer that has some $9 per year... trying if it brings real SEO benefits thru multiple IP links etc.

About hostgator, i have issues with wordpress quick install and now im using fantastico, looks ok, but slightly overloaded

    Thank you

Uptime with hostgator was amazing. Support though, seemed a little meh.

Had some troubles moving my sites to a different server, but I'm not sure what it was exactly. My main domain's cPanel went over fine, and as well as its add-on domains, but the main domain itself was pointing to the old IP. I was like, "say, what?". Was weird.

It's not surprising. When I was first started looking for a reputable web host, I read on a web hosting forum that HostGator was really bad, and other places online had mixed reviews so I stayed clear. When I joined WF, I wondered why everyone was fanatical about HostGator - and then I realised it was probably the affiliate program. :p

Personally, I've been with HawkHost for 4 years and love them. BlueHost has a fantastic reputation though.

  • I'm very sceptical of Bluehost since they were bought out by EIG a few months back.

EIG do not have a reputation of quality hosting, and I noticed a bunch more downtime after February (roughly when the aquisition occurred) - maybe coincidental, maybe not.

I've dealt with HostGator, but found that my scripts were running slow as their php.ini files were locked and they refused to give me more ram to process them.

I later went to Innohost, but found that although the prices were fair - the support was lacking there as well. I've since moved to WebsiteMe.com and the service is great. The cost is a little more, but the servers are no where near loaded as the competition - my sites all load instantly and I'm really happy with the support thus far.

I always find that it's good to pay a little more as you get a LOT more in the end.
I also like their domain prices for reselling. they're way better than resellerclub in my honest opinion. I've only been with them for a year, so I don't have a lot to say, but I've not had any problems with websiteme.

    Just my two cents...
BlueHost - never used them, nor Hawkhost.

    What a great thread.

I have been learning a lot. I have a Reseller Account with HostGator as well, and have had some really weird issues where some of my sites were loading some other kind of page. I kept thinking that I was hacked or something; and of course like many of you I called HostGator's support to attempt to workout the issues.

Yep, they couldn't find anything wrong each time called most of the time, but from time to time it still happens.

It's kind of creepy.... bringing up a site on your domain, and then suddenly you seem to be redirected to some where else. But your domain in the address bar still remains the same. This doesn't happen to often. But when it does it kind of freaks me out.

maybe you should try Bluehost even though it might be a bit more expensive. It all depends on your package however. I recently started using them after hostagator suspended one of my new domain name "twitterbusinesstool". They said that they do not allow domain names with the word "twitter" in them which is sad. Anyways i singed up for BlueHost a few days a go which was more expensive but they accepted my domain name and thats what matters for i of plans for it..

Also as i read in a previous comment, maybe you should remove unwanted plugins and so on........

Hostgator are probably the number one host, at least of users on WF, so it would be unlikely, but still possible, that the faults lie with them.

Try and get some advice on site optimisation. As some have mentioned already, it could be your sites that have the issue, not Hostgators servers. It happened to me. It came down to one plugin. Once I deleted and reinstalled the plugin my site was zipping along again. (that wasnt hostgator though).

I haven't had any problems with HG. I also have a reseller account with a small, UK host. The big difference I notice is the speed of editing a Wordpress site. It's just so much quicker on my smaller host. This isn't just on my sites but on client sites too. All the Betterwebspace sites are much speedier to edit than the HG sites.

Whoa! So I'm not the only one! Let me ask you... how much traffic do you get and what type of plan do you have? I have a dedicated server with very good traffic. But I get the same thing you just complained of all the time. Their only response is "You're getting too much traffic".... total BS...
