How to Get Warrior Reviews

1. Network. Participate in some discussions and contribute value. If you like someone's comment, "thank" them, then PM them and tell them what you appreciated about their comments. That starts a conversation. Eventually, you can get to "Hey, here's a lil product I'm working on. Care to take a gander? I'd appreciate your feedback."

2. Review / leave comments on the WSOs that you buy for yourself. Then these WSO authors will remember you and some will be eager to help what you launch your product.

3. Upgrade your membership and join the War Room. Then you can give away your product in the War Room and get a bunch of comments from there.

#1 Be involved in the forum. You want to be a GIVER first, before you begin TAKING. The more you get connected and make yourself a resource to others, the more likely your chances of making actual connections with other warriors.

#2 Identify warriors who have put out WSOs similar to yours. If you have a cool piece of software, search out the warriors who have created complimentary software. You can do this using the advanced search within the forum, or the JV sections of Warrior Pro and Digiresults.

#3 Identify active warriors. This goes back to #1. There are highly respected warriors who practically live in here.

In these cases, send the warriors a PM. Don't be pushy. And frankly, don't expect a reply. That will make it all the sweeter when you actually get one. Keep in mind that many warriors, especially product creators, get a lot of these type of requests (I seem to get a few every day).

Please forgive the observation that if you're brand new and don't know anyone here, that's really not a good time to be selling a WSO.

A WSO is supposed to be a way of offering Warriors a discount ("special offer") on something you're already selling elsewhere. It's explained here.

When I did my first WSO, I just PMed a few (3-5) established forum members with 100+ posts who wrote legible reviews for other products. I asked them if they would be kind enough to review my product, and all but one agreed.

Make sure you give them ample time to absorb your material and write a short review. I would suggest starting the process a week before your planned launch date.

You could use the JV forum and ask for reviews there.
