Lost My Thanks Button

Hi,

I lost my WF "thanks" button.

Is this a form of penalty or is it because there is a quota or my browser is playing truant ?

Anyways, I like to be grateful to people who have been giving awesome and useful information.

Unfortunately, I can no longer do that with a simple click of a button. The next thing is to post one-liners.

    Seriously though, you only get a limited number of "Thanks" each day. I don't remember what the exact number is, but most likely you've just used them all up.

    The button should be back sometime over the next 24 hours!

      There's a quota.

      I can't remember what the limit is, now; but occasionally one runs out, in which case the button temporarily disappears.

    I believe you are allowed 20 "Thanks" per 24 hours, but it's revolving. So, it's not that you have to wait 24 hours from the time of your most recent "Thanks" to start getting them back, but rather from your oldest one. (If that makes sense).

    p.s. If you ask me, running out of Thanks is a good "problem" to have because it shows a good sense of gratitude.

      Hi Mike,

      Indeed, it is 20 thanks revolving quota. Today was really exciting in WF. Finished the quota so soon. Just got my button back.

      Now, when will we be getting the LOL and ROFLMAO buttons?
