    The answer to your question is NO.

    If you go to another country to visit, and open a PayPal account -- either a Personal Account, Premier Account, or Business account -- and then go back to your home country and log into your PayPal account, your account will be placed on "limited status" probably within minutes.

    If you're determined to use PayPal, you are going to have to work within the confines of PayPal's Terms of Service Agreement. If the agreement for your country states that you are not allowed to withdraw money or attach a bank account in your country, then you can't. Period.

    • Can you lie to paypal and not be caught? Not for long.

      You posted a while back that you had just opened a paypal account so not sure what you are doing or trying to do.

    • If your friend takes that convoluted path to get a paypal account - he won't have an account for long. He needs to find an alternative payment system approved for his country. In some countries, it can be difficult.
