Creative ways of selling high-end items on eBay?

I am wondering as a new member what this community thinks of mid to high end jewelry on eBay. I have found a few successful competitors on there, but finding exposure for non-brand name items seems to be a losing game. Do many people use the typical internet marketing strategies for eBay stores?

    A great question, and in a simple answer yes they do and yes it is possible. You would need to build up a following by using both off line and on line marketing and I have at least one client who sells high end baby items, which are non-branded and come from Poland and they are doing very well, so I know it is very possible.
