the clickbank waiting game is making me crazy.

I am waiting for approval on my product from clickbank. I know they said 3 to 5 days and I just put it in tuesday afternoon but the waiting to hear something is driving me nuts. LOL! My question is if for some reason they don't approve my product will they tell me why or will I just not hear anything from them at all? That is the part that is driving me crazy. Cause if there is a problem I want to know so I can get it fixed asap. Anyone know?

    I wish you good luck with it, and enough patience!

    I think this may be rather a busy week for ClickBank, because of their very recent rule-changes and the additional administration that's bound to cause ... so don't be concerned if they seem to be a little bit slow: there can easily be reasons for that - at the moment - that don't relate to your product in any way. You'll hear from them, either way.

    If they don't approve your product, they will state the reasons.

    For example, certain text needs to be added. You might want to give them a call and see what happens.

    I'd wait a bit longer as it might be a busy week at ClickBank. Don't worry, the email will come. And if they somehow deny your product they will tell you exactly why. Once you get things fixed up send them another email confirming the changes have taken place and it will be faster (won't have to wait 3 - 5 days again).

    For one of my ClickBank products they called me with a minor change and approved the changes right over the phone and it was good to go live within a few hours.

      Thanks so much for the answers. I didn't think about all the changes slowing the process good point.

      As I had mentioned in a different post right now I am 6 months prego and my ankles are swollen like softballs so all I have to do is sit on the couch with my feet up and wait for approval while I tinker with my sites layout and come up with a brilliant marketing plan. LOL! LUCKY ME. I am sure it wouldn't seem as bad if I could leave the house right now. LOL!

        I just had a product approved this week and i believe the initial wait time was about 2 days. I had a few items I needed to address and adjust which added an extra 2 days to the whole approval process.

        Your initial email will arrive soon enough....also just in case you might have missed their email you can log into your account and see if there are any messages waiting for you.

    I am in the same exact boat :-) They are usually much quicker than the 3 to 5 days. But the issue is the vendor changes they announce on Tuesday. They FTC came down on them for allowing people to "over sell" products which resulted in high refund and complaint rates.

    I was almost finished with my rep at CB about to finalize my approval when they made the changes. So Monday am, the day before the announcement they disapproved my products to meet the new guidelines...but she did explain everything I needed to do to correct it. I corrected it and an now in the same queue as you are :-)

    Be patient, I have found that they are pretty good at communicating with you :-)
